The Laptop Power Supply Shop Avis

Great service, product, price and delivery - thanks!

Good products. Confidence in the information provided on their products. Efficient service. Quick reply to a query.

Laptop battery on the verge of dying. Despite the age of the machine I was able to get a replacement.
Excellent service and fast delivery. One of my saved vendors for future use.

Delivery was very fast and exactly the replacement for my laptop charging lead that I ordered and needed

A very useful website that allowed me to easily find the right replacement charger for my laptop. The charger arrived within the timescale stated upon ordering and arrived very safely packaged.

I am pleased with the purchase of this charger, which is a genuine OEM part, and would recommend this company.

It is hard to find the right charger when models and configurations change but the Laptop Power people make this as easy as possible - and the deliver was quick too

Easy to navigate Website.
Product priced very competitively.
Ordered one day and delivered the next.
Early days but product seems to be of good quality.
Very happy with the overall experience.

Item was delivered quickly and in secure packaging, complete with instructions on how to install and use safely

Absolutely no problems with the transaction. Kept me updated all the way. Will recommend these guys to anyone. Good job well done ✅

Prompt delivery and power supply was better than the original one that came with the laptop.

Poor service. Refuses to accept charger supplied is incorrect and does not fit my laptop. I needed a new charger so why would I pretend it does not fit. A new replacement charger arrived from Amazon today, half the price and works perfect (pin is correct length and connects as expected when inserted). Pin provided was nearly 5mm too long. Refused to accept any responsibility. Have lost on the outward postage and return postage. As others have stated, avoid for using for replacement chargers.

Ordered a new laptop charger from The Laptop Power Supply Shop after damaging the connector on my original.
On arrival I tested it out and found it was not charging my laptop. Dropped a mail and after a couple of replies we agreed that what had likely happened was the damaged connector had then damaged the socket on the laptop. I got this fixed by a local repair shop, and the new laptop charger now works perfectly.
Great product, great comms, great help, and a generous offer to provide an RMA if needed to help investigations.

The site made it easy to find the appropriate power supply for our laptop. Ordering was simple and the new power supply turned up very quickly and worked perfectly. All round a great experience.

I ordered a new charger for my laptop on a Friday afternoon and so paid the extra delivery charge for guaranteed next day delivery, as needed my laptop for work first thing Monday morning. Pleased to say that it arrived next day before 9am on the Saturday morning. I have used The Laptop Power Supply Shop before and found them very reliable and it is easy to find what you need on their website.

Ordred two chargers, arrived promptly, working well - thank you!

My first purchase was a few years ago. The customer service/advice was great and their pricing was competitive.
It's so important to be sure what you're buying is compatible.
I may price check but in the end I now always buy from the Laptop Power Supply Co because I trust them, questions are answered promptly and the pricing is always competitive for what you get

Easy to order, fast delivery and great product. Will definitely buy from them again.

Speedy delivery. Quality product

What a company! Their website is so easy to navigate and also very helpful. I wanted a particular charger for my laptop and I tracked it down within a couple of minutes. The price was very fair and I received it within a few days .
