The Laser Treatment Clinic Avis 

Since the clinic is called “laser” clinic I thought this was what I was going to have to smooth my scar. I found out it was micro needling instead. I agreed to carry on and was not impressed. First of all, for 6 sessions that lasted 2-4 minutes max/each I spent £800. The procedure is painful, as needles are pushed through your skin, but no numbing cream was ever used, even when I asked (as there are no drs there). At the end of the sessions they asked me if I saw results. I told them they should have taken pics before and after like most clinics and I expected them to tell me! Not sure what is the qualification of the people working there, but the sense is of carelessness. I was not impressed, considering the very high costs

I had been treated for pigmention on my back and upper arms. I had three sessions of derma white treatment and am so happy with the results. So much improvement and I feel so much more confident. Adriana helped massively.

I been doing micro needling with radioactive frequency from 1 year i can visually see very good results after just few sessions and i’m still doing the sessions every month.friendly staff and I would definitely recommend for everyone who is looking for good skin treatment

I am a mixed race woman who had hyperpigmentation on my face as a result of acne. I was a little sceptical as to how much improvement could be achieved as over the years I had used many product to alleviate the symptoms. However after 3 sessions of the Derma White treatment I was very very happy as my skin is so much clearer.

I am currently addressing a reply I received from the clinic. You cannot accuse my of “absurd lies” which I have seen myself and been told by your own employees. You are more than welcome to keep CCTV in communal areas, however CCTV and hidden microphones were present in the actual room I was getting my laser done without my knowledge or consent. I am happy to discuss this matter over the phone. Accusing someone of fabricated absurd lies shows how unprofessional as a business you are. As I said I have had laser done previously at many other clinics and it’s up to the client to decide the setting. Your employee clearly stated to me that they are not allowed to increase the setting for the pure reason that the lower the setting remains the less effective it is and therefore the more number of sessions that will be required to completely eliminate hair growth. Which yet again is a sales tactic which you have. YOU DONT CARE ABOUT RESULTS OR YOUR CUSTOMERS.

thirdly regarding reviews. People are being bribed with them as a bribe is when you dishonestly persuade someone I.e. to leave a review. Just for future reference if you want to hand out free skincare hand it out to customers who leave a review out of their own will. Not bribing them with useless products.

I spent £2000 on six microneedling sessions for my stretch marks so to say I’m disappointed with the results would be an understatement. It made no difference except give me hyperpigmentation which I still have 2 months after my last session.

I feel cheated because during the consultation I was only told how effective the treatment was for getting rid of stretch marks but never was I verbally informed that the treatment might not work at all. I was also told not to expect a noticeable difference in the appearance of my stretch marks until after having a few sessions however, it was not made clear to me that the “discount” I had supposedly been given meant I was paying for the first 4 sessions and that the last 2 sessions were free. This meant that by the time I realised the treatment was not working and tried to cancel my remaining sessions, I was told I had no choice but to continue the treatment even though it was only making my skin worse. When I complained about the hyperpigmentation, I was told it would fade and that my stretch marks would look “nicer” after, which clearly was untrue.

I would have preferred the staff to be honest and admit that the treatment was not working. For £2000, the treatment is essentially daylight robbery and I would not recommend it to others. Now I have to pay more money to get treatment elsewhere.

Update: made a complaint to the clinic and was advised that they do not provide refunds, even for unused sessions. Completely unfair and unethical to consumers.

I discovered the clinic based on the good reviews. I had dark areas (armpits and inner thighs), brown skin .
I had Derma white treatment : 3 sessions so far.
Everything was explained clearly by the staff at the initial consultation and during the course of the treatment. They were very nice ( adriana)!
I can already see the difference and will continue. Prices are also very competitive. Again, I highly recommend the place!

I am a long term client at the Laser Treatment Clinic and I have never been disappointed. I recently started microdermasion and collagen induction therapy for raised scars on my arm and knee and I am extremely happy with the results after 3 sessions! I also recently started the Derma white treatment for hyperpigmentation marks on my upper torso and arms. Even after my first session I am noticing massive improvement. My treatment therapist and staff at the clinic have all been absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend this clinic to others.

Excellent service and results! My skin tone is medium brown with lots of hyperpigmentation. I booked 3 sessions of derma white and saw results after 1 session and would definitely recommend!

After the knowledge and consistency of the acne clinic, I can now say I enjoy beautiful glowing skin that I am confident to rock without loads of makeup. This was my dream.

Go to medical professionals and don't waste your money here. I did 2 months of derma white for Hyperpigmentation, which I was advised looked to be surface. 0 difference.

I complained and had a conversation with Aarti, the office manager. Promised a call back to discuss a possible 1 session refund... That was almost 6 weeks ago. Slack

As a highly melanated being, addressing the same, this is not for us.

I’ve being doing the Derma White Treatment as well as the CIT and my skin in terms of texture after only three sessions has really improved. It’s much smoother and my hyperpigmentation is fading. If you suffer from hyperpigmentation and you have Asian skin, I would really recommend this clinic. They are friendly, welcoming and my therapist is absolutely lovely.

The Laser Treatment Clinic provided an excellent service. I had hyperpigmentation treatment done and saw results after the first session. Everyone in there is extremely professional and kind, and they made sure that the session went smoothly and that all of my needs were met. I can't wait to go back!

I'm so happy with the results from my Derma white treatment. Just six days after and the difference was highly noticeable.

I've just finished my 3rd treatment and I'm SO HAPPY with the results. My lifelong problem of hyperpigmentation on my back is so much better. Shades lighter. I feel lighter myself much more confident in my self. After this peel I'm going to buy a backless dress and show it off! Lovely Namrata was my esthetician and I'm booking in again with her in a few months time.

I’ve had 3 sessions to treat some hyperpigmentation scarring on my shoulder and I’m so pleased with my progress.

I was a little nervous coming for treatment at first, but the team were really helpful and explained the treatment to me and made me feel confortable.

The after care routine was really easy to follow and I like how the you get a text with the instructions just in case you need them.

I really enjoyed this service, the staff are really kind and helpful. I had laser treatment to remove scarring and while it is objectively painful, it was nice having it in a comforting and professional environment with trustworthy staff and high quality equipments. The results are indicative of this as just after 6 treatments I can visibly see the difference and have already felt more confident in my appearance!
