The Loaded Tea Shop Avis

I thought one day I would try it. Being diabetic, with a very busy husband and teenage daughters, why not. I cannot keep loaded teas in my house….no more pop no more juice…my girls love leaded teas! I have more energy than ever before, my sugars aren’t through the roof, LOVE LOVE LOVE loaded teas.

I received a loaded tea that i didn't ask for in my shipment and I reached out to customer service and they got back to me really fast. They made it right by sending me the flavor that wasn't in my order and also took and sent me 4 more teas. So I will be getting 5 teas free. The customer service goes above and beyond to help the customers out.

They are always quick to respond and go above and beyond to fix any issue you might have. Not only is it an amazing product but the customer service is top notch.

I absolutely love the flavors!!! I have a non alcoholic fatty liver and this helps me intake water and protein that I need in my everyday life choices!!! Thank u to The Loaded Tea Shop for making this possible for me!!!!

These drinks are not only replacing sodas they are making me feel amazing with the vitamins and energy in them. They taste great and now I am drinking more water than ever. I am staying hydrated and having more energy to do the things I need to get done in my every day life with zero crash outs. Another great part about the teas they have so many to try so you don’t get stuck drinking the same boring drink every day. I love this company and their products. Also their customer service is on point.

The variety of Flavors and the price of the product is good and it helps me kick the habit of drinking other Energy Drinks and Soda...

I had a problem with my order and I contacted customer service. They responded right away and offered a solution. They were polite and friendly in their correspondence. Also, the Loaded Teas are delicious.

You literally couldn't ask for a better company. The customer service is absolutely amazing, and truly wants to help as much as possible. Always kind, quick, and solve any issues you may have. And the fact they give back to kids in need is even more reason to invest in them. Energy drinks and soda are bad for you as is, but this tea brings a whole new alternative to taste as well as your health. I couldn't give higher praise to a company than I do to them.

I came because of the TikTok ads, I stayed for the tea and I'll be a loyal customer because of the Customer Representative, specifically Emily.

I reached out first because my order hadn't left the warehouse in a week, and Emily expeditated a new order for me. When that arrived but was missing a few flavours, she was prompt in her responses and sent another box with those missing flavours and some surprises.

I am a huge fan of The Loaded Tea Shop and so is my family! We actually do a 'Sippy of the Day' moment where we all try the flavour of the day and rate that out of 10. So far, our 10/10 flavours are The Love Potion, Cindy, and Frog Spit! We've only came across one that wasn't great (out of more than like, 30 flavours) and I can't even remember which one it was.

I was an avid monster drinker with a crazy schedule as a bar owner. I consistently had issues with crashing, not sleeping and jitters. Aginst my best judgment i decided to place an order off a fb add for loaded teas. IM SO GLAD I DID. I just received my 3 order and I absolutely love them. The flavors are so true. No crash, no jitters, and I can literally feel the natural energy. On my most recient order I was missing 2 flavors I had ordered. With it being a limited flavor I reached out to customer service. Within minutes I had a response and not only the 2 flavors I was missing but 3 more already being packed and sent to me free of charge. Being in the business of customer service my whole life I can truly say this company has it down! They were quick to respond. It was fast and easy, and they went above and beyond to make my experience a great one! I am officially a loaded tea lifetime supporter!

These loaded teas are the absolute best. I have been hooked since my first order and cannot be without them. All of my friends are starting to get these now as well. Also customer service is amazing. Very responsive.

I have loved everything I have tried from this company and am very impressed with their prompt and personable customer service. I have never been a fan of energy drinks, but The Loaded Tea Shop teas don't cause jitters or a crash like even coffee can for me, and the extry hydration they help me get seems to also be improving my POTS symptoms.

Customer service is amazing! My order was lost in the mail and they were super quick, literally within minutes, to reply to my email and get a replacement order together! I can’t wait to receive my order!

After receiving my 1st package and some of the packets being damaged the company was quick to reply and replace the ones that were damaged and add in 2 other flavors. Great customer service.

Great customer service and the teas are great. I love the wide selection, the fun vibrant colors, and the packet names are nice and fun for the whole family. ✨️🎈

If you have ever thought about ordering Loaded Tea, you should definitely do it!!!! First of all, I love all the flavors I have tried so far, very flavorful and refreshing!!!! I did have a problem though. I recently received a couple of wrong teas in my order. I contacted the company and within minutes (and I do mean minutes) I received a very nice email back and a very generous solution to the problem. I am very new to the company (just a few weeks) but I foresee me being a long time customer. I can’t wait for my 4th order to get here and also to see what flavor will be coming next!!! Not only a great drink but very nice people too!!!! Thank you!!!

Besides the great taste that is adjustable from bold to mild with a little more water the price is and customer service is amazing also! Easy to order, I've ordered every week, sometimes twice a week, for 4 weeks in a row! The nutrients have helped make me and my son feel better as we drink it most every day. Just amazing overall!

What a wonderful experience. They have loads of flavors and options to suit everyone's taste and budget. Their customer service is amazing and very easy to deal with. When I had a hiccup with my order, Hannah sorted it out right away. Looking forward to my teas and then making a new order for their Ghostbuster special!

I absolutely love The Loaded Tea Shop, not only are the teas delicious but they have also helped my energy levels which were non existent before. To top it off, they are affordable and always have amazing deals going on. If that wasnt enough, there was a super minor issue with an order and the company went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make it right. They are an amazing company. Forever customer right here.

First of all... love the tea flavors. Second customer service is stellar. No question you gotta try it
