The company as a whole has been fantastic. Communication has been excellent throughout, and the online portal - complete with regular updates, made the entire process straightforward and stress free. As first time buyers, we found the survey extremely helpful. Even though we ultimately chose not to proceed with the purchase, the level of detail provided has given us far more confidence and a much clearer understanding of what to look for when viewing future properties.

From my first enquiry there was a prompt response, the survey was booked, unfortunately for a few weeks time but once done it took seven days for the detailed 96 page report to come through with photos which were very helpful in understanding the terminology used. The staff were always very helpful when i spoke with them. I felt the price of the survey was good compared to others i enquired with. i shall definitely use them again

This is an amazing company. I should always go with them because they provided thorough information and do their job marvelously. They saved me from entering a property that could have cost me a lot of money if I had purchased it. They actually uncovered serious issues that were hidden behind the plaster boards, which I really, really appreciate. They saved me a lot of money before I proceeded with this property, and I ended up spending more after the purchase because of the issues highlighted from the initial inspection. I will definitely be using them again and I highly, highly, 1000% recommend them.

Received a very detailed level 2 survey, appointment was booked within a week and received the report within 4 days.

We had initially ordered our survey level 2 with another company through our bank. However, because we had to do a level 3 survey and this company could not do it at the time they recommended us to another company the moving portal. I was not aware at first that this company would then referred us to surveying companies but this worked out well in the end. Viking surveyors did our survey and overall we had a great experience with them. They were on time and communicated well with us. Once we move in our new place, we will be able to confirm our experience.

The only feedback I would say is that on the moving portal the date for our level 3 survey was wrong but since Viking surveyors also sent us an email with the date, we went with this date.

Being FTBs we are inexperienced and some what clueless, our mortgage advisor said it was one of the most detailed reports he’d seen. Thank you to Dan who carried out the survey 😊

The speed and professionalism with which this lot operating is genuinely impressive. Payment method is straight forward - just like shopping online. They do not request plenty of information and after payment, organise a visit to the property through your agency. They then provide information about progress and finally contact you when a report is available. The report itself is very informative.
