Really positive experience with GoTo Group, especially Harry. He was very helpful in explaining which survey level would suit our property best, price matched another quote I received and even managed to reduce it a little further. Very polite, quick to respond and easy to deal with throughout. Everything was sorted smoothly within less than an hour without any messing around. Really appreciated the help.

We had a great experience with Goto group, George Brown was very professional and polite with good knowledge on the areas and survey options. I was also impressed with the surveyor Rebecca Brydon who spoke to me in length on the phone in regards to the survey results. Overall extremely happy and would recommend!

I would highly recommend the Goto Group. Rob Crowe was our surveyor and helped us to understand all the things that we were uncertain of. The detail of the survey was great and he also has helped us with any question post survey. This has made us feel more at ease with what we have to do next.

I've bought a number of properties and have made a lot of bad buys in the past, despite getting a full structural survey on all of them.

The survey I got from Chris Regan was very thorough, very detailed and gave me very good advice to help me decide on whether I went ahead with a purchase or not. I appreciated the directness of his advice as it left me in no doubt about the right course of action. I was able to follow up the survey by having a telephone conversation where he was able to expand on a lot of issues with the property and to help me look out for things with subsequent properties. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him going forward.

Our experience with Lewis Hall at GOTO was second to none. He was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and guided us through the process very well.

Superb. Spoke to George initially who was excellent and explained everything and organised everything perfectly. The survey was then done very quickly and the report by Nigel was extremely thorough and well presented. I was also able to speak to Nigel who was excellent on the phone explaining things. Answered all my questions, advised as to availability of surveyor and how long report takes to prepare, will liaise direct with estate agents to gain access, asked if I have any concerns regarding the property, very pleasant and courteous.

My recent experience was an 8 month nightmare to say the least. Lack of communication, recommendation of an inexperienced and unprofessional solicitor who didnt have a clue what they were doing. Unable to contact them when necessary either by phone or email. An unnecessary stressful 8 months which i would never want to repeat and will never venture down again.
I had to contact the estate agent Joseph Cullinane to intervene and get answers, only then did we get anywhere, so he continually chased them to do things otherwise it wouldnt have been done. Also they recommended PCS, and had they checked reviews on them wouldve known they were useless.

Libby was friendly and approachable. She explained all of my options and the pricing clearly and took time to answer my questions. She was also lovely when I explained I was feeling a little overwhelmed by the decisions I’d been asked to make that day and gave me time to sit and read through all of the information and did not push me into any immediate choice
