Sophia has been great. I spoke to Sophia at the start of my process about my quote. She listened and explained everything to me. She gave me to time to think about things so I felt no pressure at all. My survey appointment has now been booked and I’m waiting to have that done. Great service

Second time using GOTO and I recommend a hundred times over
This is the second time I have used GOTO for a Level 3 house survey. This time I spoke with Cameron on the phone who was extremely polite and efficient. It is refreshing to deal with a company so effortlessly.

Clear information within the quote. Cameron answered my questions with care and by ensuring he had checked with a colleague. He was warm and friendly. He explained the steps I needed to take to make a booking. Very helpful and professional.

Had a positive experience with the Goto group with big thanks from Joe Steadman. He guided and assisted me to make an informed decision based around knowledge and facts. Happy first time buyer!
As a first time buyer, I had many questions and Lewis Hall from the GoTo group was amazing from start to finish. From the get go, he was polite and professional, answered all my questions and even gave me a follow up call as I had asked to delay the survey for a few weeks. When I finally, decided to go ahead with the survey a few weeks later, Lewis sorted it all out for me the same day. Excellent service!
