Package spoiled and not replaced
Ordered from this company and package was spoiled. They refused to refund or replace. I wasted a lot of time trying to work this out with them, but their customer service was slow and unhelpful. Best save yourself the hassle.

That's not actually correct is it? We found your complaint. You complained that Royal Mail had left your parcel in your recycling bag and you did not want to 'pick it out of your recycling bag'. The photo from Royal Mail showed the clean and undamaged parcel in a bag at your front door and later you confirmed that the parcel had been placed in your garage. We said that if you wanted to return the parcel, we would refund it, but we did not receive a return. You deleted your original Trustpilot review with our reply.
Top products and customer service
Excellent products and customer service. I needed something to help my goat, Rodney, who has urine scald after a urethrostomy. I ordered some gentle shampoos and the Neem Oil Salve after getting advice from The Neem Team. I've used the salve several times on Rodney and one of my other goats who has a skin problem. It's deeply moisturising but very gentle on the skin and I'm very happy to say that I've seen an improvement after just a couple of uses. I've already ordered some more and just wish it came in bigger sizes :)

Never delivered product
Ordered Neem Spray. Package was never delivered. I contacted customer service and they refused to accept responsibility or provide a replacement. I was met with a total "shrug".

That is actually not correct is it? You contacted us to say that your parcel had not been delivered. We showed you the tracking from Royal Mail showing the parcel had been delivered, and suggested that you might want to put a note out in case anyone had taken it by mistake. You replied to this suggestion saying that wouldn't work and that parcels are being taken all the time in your building. As you had not specified a 'safeplace', there was no point re-sending the order, but we refunded you in full. Not many companies would have done the same. Perhaps you can suggest what we should have done instead?
