Good product. Great delivery. Easy ordering process.

Bought a pair of boots from this company, through Amazon. As some comments gave concerns about sizing, I tried them on as soon as they arrived the next day. The fit was perfect. Some weeks later, when the function they were bought for came around, I put them on and part of a side seam gave way. It looks like the glue had been holding the seam although the stitching had only caught the one side of the seam. I contacted the seller and provided photos, which showed the open seam and also that the boots had never been worn outside. I was offered a £5 refund and I could keep the boots. I responded with a request for replacement or refund and, from then, I was ignored.
Like some other reviews on here, this company seems ok, until there is an issue.

Still waiting on item, do receive emails but keeps saying delay on item

Ordered a pair of boots online, paid, waited 5 days, informed via email order was shipped, same day informed order was ‘out of stock’ informed I was refunded, still waiting 3 days later to receive refund. Great customer service.

Easy to use web site quick delivery

I was extremely doubtful, given the record of online clothing sales, but was very pleasantly surprised that these were top quality shoes. The only negative is that there are no shoes with leather soles, but otherwise I am very pleased with the website and with what was delivered.
