Terrible service and products
Purchased a pair of shoes less than 4 months ago and the sole is already coming off The Online Shoe Shop will not refund, exchange or repair so it was a waste of money and customer service is terrible never buying from them again.

Ordered twice and returned the surplus to our satisfaction
Initially we purchased shoes online through a third party website and were informed that the order would be fulfilled by the Online Shoe Shop Ltd. we were given a delivery date range which was outside our deadline and were unable to influence it via the third party website.
We next visited the Online Shoe Shop website and were able to place an identical order which met our deadline date. The shoes were delivered promptly to our satisfaction. We were not confident of the shoe size, so we ordered two sizes. We next organized the return of what was then 3 pair of shoes and it all went smoothly again to our satisfaction. Great experience very satisfied.
