Never usually had problems with this site apart from a few niggles here and there regarding withdrawals , and my issue now is again involving withdrawal. Waiting on £140 to be withdrawn and requested it on 21st december. Said it would take 5 working days (which has never been the case before) and i get its been christmas and weekend etc , but to wait 8 days now in total for a withdrawal is ridiculous when every other gambling site is almost instant ot within the hour. I will be avoiding this site from now on because practically every other site offers a better experience. Tried calling numerous times and always says no one is available and when it does ring it just rings through. The customer service is non existant.
