firstly I made several deposit and withdrawals no problem at all I then was unhappy with the service I received so closed my acount however my last withdrawl asked to verify etc to which I did used same withdrawals I deposited with my name provided id bank etc each time I provided they asked for something else provide it all
then they said I breeched terms so convisscarted funds but could not provide me with no proof on the online chat said I receive email still haven't 8 weeks on upon emailing 3 times had automatised response confirming they receive still not a single reply scam

It's worth pointing out that this site changed hands earlier this year. Anyway, I don't like it. But more to the point, their Support is now very difficult to reach and they are trying to block my withdrawal. First it wouldn't withdraw at all, then when finally getting through to a Support person to clear that issue, the withdrawal initially seemed to go through, but was never paid to me. When I came back onto the site a week later to see why not, the money was back in the Casino account without explanation. This has happened twice now and last time the support representative assured me it wouldn't happen again. I'll have another go at contacting Support, but it takes ages. This is very very poor. Avoid!

On 26 Jan there was a message on the site as given below (if you want to see the exact wording) advising the site would be down until March 1. When the site returned, assuming I could simply log in again as normal, I had trouble doing so, so I contacted the support email below and there was an automated message as given further below (again if you want to see the exact contents). It hadn’t been clear that the existing account would no longer work. I therefore replied back on 4 Mar with the requested details but I haven’t heard anything since, despite sending follow-up emails on 1 April and 10 April.
