They always pay winnings straight away, and their customer service is first class.

Changed bank accounts and this account and one other didn't go through properly so had contact the customer service centre, didn't have a long wait for my call to be answered and the person on the other end of the phone was helpful, polite and courteous and solved the issue I had quickly and efficiently.
