A terrible
A terrible, simply shocking web site. They have taken all the fun out of playing the football pools with this site. They have fixed the games so the chances of winning are minute to say the least. Avoid at all costs. They also throw you off the site if you play one the slots more than a couple of times.

It took a bit of working out at first how to get the 25p out of my account to prevent being charged, as outlined in the message I received. Why it could not be paid back automatically instead of having to deposit £2 on PayPal as they know who I bank either is a mystery. At least I’ve got my 25p bonus winnings. Think I’ll blow it on a world cruise.

To clarify, the reason we asked you to add a new payment method was that the original card registered on your account had either expired or was no longer valid. Because of this, we were unable to return the funds directly to the original payment method, which is why an alternative withdrawal method was required.
