Have been going to the run hub for years. They always have the best gear and incredible customer service. The guys know their stuff and always help you get the best runners for you.

Simon in Leopardstown did my gait analysis and he was brilliant - so knowledgable and helpful.

On the advice of my physio, I made an appointment at The Run Hub, Leopardstown for a gait analysis, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Simon was welcoming, enthusiast and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my walking history and the recent injury I had sustained.

The gait analysis itself was both informative and engaging. He used a video to capture and assess my running form in real-time. What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained the results—breaking down my foot strike, stride length, and alignment in a way that made sense even without a technical background.

Based on the results, he recommended a two different runners tailored to my gait, and let me try them out in-store. There was zero pressure to buy, just honest, helpful advice. I ended up purchasing a pair that felt like a perfect fit and am looking forward to returning to walking in a few weeks. Simon clearly takes a great interest in his job!

Quick delivery, good quality and good service

I was recently in Run Hun in Angier st for a foot analysis, Leandro was extremely professional and extremely pleasant through the whole process, he explained ( and even gave me tips on stretches,which i am using) everything in detail, I left with a pair of On's which were included in a recommended 5-6 pairs, and I am literally running "on clouds" I would highly recommend getting the foot analysis, there is a lot to be learned ( like finding exactly what you need

I had a great experience at the Run Hub in Aungier Street. I did the gait analysis with Leandro who’s very professional and helpful. He showed me and explained me the results and made me understand what was wrong with my way of running. He also suggested the most perfect shoes for my feet. I highly recommend the shop.

I had a brilliant experience with Karima at the Running Hub in Ashtown, Dublin. I bought a pair of carbon-plated Adidas runners in January that developed a fault. I reached out to the store, and Karima took it from there—she contacted the Adidas rep and did everything she could to help.

Thanks to her efforts, I received a replacement pair. She was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by—huge thanks to Karima!

I called into the Ashtown store earlier today to run a few questions by the team as I had been given some advice from other stores but was not fully satisfied. Leandro was so helpful and took the time to check my feet and do an analysis on them to see which runners would be best suited. He talked me through the different runners and based on the problems I had been experiencing when running, he offered advice to help improve. He helped me pick out the perfect pair for me and I am really delighted with them. Great service!
