The Run Hub Avis 

I visited the Ashtown store this week for a gait analysis. Tara was extremely helpful & knowledgeable and made it such a worthwhile visit!! I was delighted with the information I got and new runners. Thanks so much Tara!!

I visited the run hub coolmines today and am so delighted with my experience. I had booked in for a gait analysis with Tara and I got so much more out of this experience than I had anticipated. She went in depth into everything for me which was helpful as I told her I was a beginner and gave me some tips to keep me on track. With Tara’s help , I then found my dream running shoes. The whole experience was so worth while that in the future I will not be purchasing any running shoes again without doing a gait test before hand. I would definitely recommend this store and staff were kind and patient

Gift cards can only be used in store. A joke that you can spend €100 on a gift voucher that can then be used solely online. Massively diminishes the value of the gift card. Also shops are poorly stocked in large sizes. Have been to two stores and no joy, yet online i can see several products id buy in my size. Just stuck with a useless voucher now. Contacted customer care and they just said "it is clearly stated when buying the card it is only in-store", a lazy lazy excuse

Both myself and my son bought racing shoes here in the last 6 weeks. We had done our research online and came into store to make a purchase. Each of us dealt with the same guy (casher 15, reg 3 - no name on receipt) and I have to say he was just a dream to deal with. Suggested other options, asked a few extra questions about what we wanted, then at point of sale, each time, wished us well in our races using our name. It's guys like this that make the Run Hub brand what it is - credit to the team there for making an expensive purchase a very easy one and a real feel good experience.

Brilliant shop and excellent service

I had my gait analysis done with Rían today. As I am new to running I was very nervous going in but relaxed immediately. Rían was extremely helpful and gave me some really good advice and insights into how I run. Thanks again!

Simple and straightforward to select and complete transaction - delivery very quick

Terrible customer service. Ordered a powder online - delivered with a rip/hole and powder leaking out. Ignoring my emails about it.

I purchased a pair of Hoka Clifton 11 from Run Hub on 7 July 2026. I chose an Irish business and the shipment was very fast. An email confirmed delivery and the service was professional.

After a few days, I discovered a problem with the right shoe. The heel was sinking into the sole. I contacted Run Hub to report the issue. The representative was very understanding and asked if I had worn the trainers. I confirmed this and he informed me that he would speak to his supervisor. He promised to contact me within an hour.

However, he later informed me that the trainers would not be replaced because I had worn them. This lack of customer service is concerning. It appears that the trainers have a manufacturing defect and the Run Hub is unwilling to stand by its product.

I would advise against purchasing from this business.

First time experience with the Run Hub. Had my Gait Analysis with Maddie this weekend. Words couldn’t do justice for how lovely she was. She made me so comfortable and was full of chat! Having worked front of house in a 5 star hotel for 4 years - her natural, exceptional customer service is something extremely sought after.
She gave me so much assistance, shoe options and made the entire process so simple for me. She knew so much about each shoe, but if she didn’t know something she made sure to find out for me. Thank you so much Maddie! I hope I meet more people like you. Best of luck in your masters degree :) You will go places and I’ll definitely be back because of you!

I booked to have my gait analysis done in Aungier Street and my experience couldn’t have been better. Everyone was so helpful and the staff are passionate about what they do. I left with much more knowledge and a pair of shoes I’m very happy with. Would highly recommend!

Young lad Lee from Coolmine shop looked after me, he was great help from explaining everything and with heavy detail he took his time not rushed and had me try on nearly every shoe in the place until I was happy. Well recommend sound pal
