The Run Hub Avis

I visited Run Hub Coolmine today as a very very novice runner for gait analysis. Tara was assigned and was very friendly and informative about the process, made me feel comfortable running up and down for the camera. Then when it came to selecting a pair of running shoes there was no pressure to buy any particular brand but differences in shoes were explained including longevity.

Quick delivery and great runners

Thanks for the incredibly fast shipping! I ended up ordering online because I didn't have the best experience in-store. I felt the staff were a bit disengaged and opinionated. I love the shoes, but I hope the service level at the shop can match the efficiency of your online team.

absolutely amazing - order out next day with me, high quality top from saysky and runhub 😍- my favourite running long-sleeve!
not my first order and the speed of delivery is amazing, definitely can trust to have stuff for time.

Choice of products and efficient delivery

Runhub always supply top quality products, and it’s delivered so quickly.

Great shop
Specialised and personal

Always delivers quickly

Great to support a Irish Company

Had to return runners I purchased online, despite all the research and reviews. Felt like on a heels and way to soft, not what I was expecting. The return process was as simple as it could be!

Great service, fast and efficient

Amazing customer service from Shane. Thanks so much

The range of shoes and apparel are great.

Plenty to chose from.

The staff are so nice and helpful

I went to the run hub for a consultation for the best running runner for my feet. I confirmed to the sales assistant that I have flat feet and always wore stability runners, to support this. After the video analyst and size and prep was completed, they recommended I move away from the stability runners to a more cushioned runner, I asked why this would be the case as I’ve flat feet and the stability runner is what I feel comfortable with and works best, he insisted to try a more cushioned runner and after trying 10 different styles I choose the adidas supernova prima(a neutral runner). €160 plus.. I had my reservations about this and I was right. After doing 3 running 5k sessions, my calves and lower back were sore and stained. I had to attend physio 4 times before I could run again. Spoke to the run rub and they couldn’t explain why this happened and couldn’t my videos analysis done that day. They were not apologetic and didn’t offer me an apology or good will gesture voucher off a pair of stability runners. Be very careful who you deal with and what advice you take from the staff in run hub, I had an awful experience and will never return to the shop again.

Very impressive. I'm not a great online shopper but the quick turn around from the run hub makes me a returning customer. Shop local shop Irish . Thank u
