I was very well looked after by Tara in run hub Coolmine. She did my Gait analysis and explained everything very clearly. Tara never hurried me and reminded me to take photos of my results. When it came for me to try on some runners Tara gave me a variety of runners and never rushed me. Upon choosing my runner I later found out that Tara herself runs. I will definitely be returning to run hub Coolmine and hopefully Tara will still be there providing a great service and expertise advise.

My order was just dispatched next day and I received it quickly. I try to visit runhub strores whenever I go to Dublin and I always have the best experience.

Tara provided an outstanding experience for a beginner runner. She carried out a detailed gait analysis and took the time to clearly explain each aspect of the running style, making everything easy to understand.

She was patient and highly knowledgeable when helping to find the perfect pair of running shoes, ensuring they were well-suited and comfortable. What really stood out was her encouragement and support, which made a big difference in building confidence for someone just starting out.

This was a gift for a nephew, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. He came away feeling motivated and excited to continue his running journey.

Tara comes highly recommended, especially for anyone new to running and looking for expert guidance in a supportive environment.

A simple transaction executed very well

Visited the Coolmine store on Saturday - March 21st for a Gait Analysis. I haven't run in few years since major ankle surgery so was a bit apprehensive but straight away, I was made at ease. The young lady (cant recall her name but has nose piercing) was absolutely brilliant. From discussing my ankle injury, rehab etc to explaining about arch support etc etc.
When it was time to pick a runner, there was absolutely no pressure involved and left the decision solely (see what i did there) down to myself :)
The young lady was a star and an absolute credit to Run Hub.

Very happy with the products and service, I was on their mailing list and managed to get new shoes at a great deal. The delivery was fast and the quality of the shoes was good. I would buy from them again!

My girlfriend has ordered a number of things from this page and she advised me to check it out as im training for a marathon. So I went to the page and its offering me 10 euro offering my first order placed. So like anyone you try it, but after signing up, giving them my details, verifying my email and account and even getting the code to take off 10 euro, it then at checkout says no issue with what im ordering is not allowing discount, Now call me stupid, but if 10 euro off first order means what it says, then no matter what I order should give me my discount, and I was placing order for 70 euros worth of stuff, also website is in Ireland and yet 95 euro has to be spent before free shipping, that's a bit excessive as sites generally spend 50-70 for free delivery in Ireland and some even no delivery fee. Ill happily change my review if they show they keep to there word with what I was offered upon sign up. Small print was 100 spend to get 10 euro off, and my order was online, not in store, but they can keep there over priced products as I won't shop with them. I believe as person who trys to make a purchase I should have the right to let people know my experience and anything I have wrote here is what happened and as they say in reply below that's the service and conditions to it, and however written or not it was my experience trying to use the service that got me to advice people of it. We can agree to this agree is something that's very true. If the runhub have an issue with my review maybe change how to offer discounts and make it very clear so there is no misunderstanding would be my suggestion. Highlight in large writing right beside 10 euro off that way no one can misunderstand what your offering.

I have used these insoles for over 2 years. I find they alin my feet while standing &walking. One can get them to fit all sizes of footwear
Since I started using them in my shoes I have no foot pain.
