TheSpiderShop Avis

I was looking for a green bottle blue tarantula spiderling & the spider shop had one at a good price , communication is excellent they contacted me to tell me with it being so hot they couldn't send the spider out until the weather cooled down a bit which was fine, I would much sooner receive a live tarantula & as discussed the spider was sent out a couple of days later & was delivered the next day in perfect condition.

Absolutely perfect service. Postage exact, packaging excellent but more importantly a dedication to putting the animals first. I’d recommend these people to everyone interested in their products 😀

Complete joke of a company, they sent my tarantula on a date I never picked now I have to go pick up a dead tarantula from the post office,I rang them up and they actually thought it was funny! And tried blaming me! Use portsmouth tarantulas guys it's alot cheaper and the staff are very helpful and will cover you if anything happens to your T in transit.

Absolutely amazing company. Tarantulas arrived the day after ordering in excellent condition (and they continue to thrive!). Would highly recommend!

I recommend this business! They promptly sorted out the issue I had, no problem. Good communication and the mantis was in good shape and very pretty! :)

Fantastic friendly customer service, received absolutely stunning animals in such good condition.

Perfectly packed and good delivery. Not much more to say really. Excellent smooth buyers experience. I'll be back.

A great company, excellent prices and Service, incredible knowledge too, I recommend that you check out their videos on YouTube.

Great business, always use amazing packaging and reply to any issues/queries quickly.

Great company, genuinely nothing to fault them on.

Fantastic quality tarantulas and feeders, fast dispatch and delivery, and lovely customer service. I’ve bought lots of times from here and I couldn’t recommend more.

I ordered 3 Nhandu species as part of a deal being offered by the spider shop. Unfortunately, I received 2 of the same species. After sending an email with photos to the company, I received a response within an hour apologising and stating that they would send out the missing species of the genus for free. I have dealt with this company on many occasions and have found them to be the best online invert business. Communication is great, and I have always been happy with my purchases. I can’t recommend this company enough. Great work guys!

Recently ordered from here and had a brilliant experience from start to finish, wanted to add to my order and Sam was very responsive and helpful. One item was forgotten from my order but after a quick email it was sent out right away and I couldn't be happier, all ts are in great health and I can confirm all have feed after today and are doing great. Thanks the spider shop and will definitely be ordering again 😀

Absolutely sound bunch, fantastic range, always arrive well packaged and come through healthy, also stock some quite rare breeds but cb!good price list, polite, helpful and descriptions are on point and very amusing!many thank as always👍👍

Absolutely brilliant used them a few times now and recently got a mystery box - was awesome! Won’t ruin it but definitely worth it great variety of things! Wow it’s hard not to give anything away haha. But if you have any reservations take the trust you have in this and buy the mystery box.

Having had numerous orders all arrived alive and all really respectfully communicated throughout.

Great shop, good selection, good communication and fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Firstly I just want to say the team are amazing so one of the mantis I ordered came dead the friendly helpline shipped a new one as soon as I had reached out to them. The mantis's look amazing and very healthy! I really love this online store and would 100% recommend them.

I've ordered through the spider shop a good few times now and I have literally zero complaints. Each order has been well packaged. The communication is excellent (thank you Sam) and they clearly go above and beyond to ensure their customers have a positive experience.

With the cold weather they were very careful of sending their livestock by post, so it was delayed a few days, had received my order alive and well, very good price too, very glad and grateful for them sending it with the best chance of survival

Always good with the spider shop, well packed, fast shipment and beautiful specimens, great communication as always which goes a long way!

The Spider Shop enjoys a well deserved reputation as the number one invert supplier and breeder in the UK, possibly the entire WORLD!

I've received multiple orders from them over the last few years, and have never been disappointed.
Every animal has arrived (and still are) stunning, strong and healthy.
Delivery is quick and fine tuned, from extensive packaging (including heat packs when necessary) to timing (avoiding really cold weather).

They obviously have a wealth of knowledge and experience, so are a great resource and starting point for your journey into Arachnids and all other creepys. I can't recommend them enough!
