The SUP Company Avis 

It has took me along time to get hold of my 10'6" SE Red paddle board.
I ordered it on pre order and SUP. Co kept me up to date with when it would arrive.
Smooth delivery.
Board looks great. Can not wait to get out on it.

Full and accurate info presented online, especially regarding an item that was for pre-oder.

The delivery date changed after ordering (due to the manufacturer, not the supplier), and I had a personal phone call from someone at The SUP Company to let me know of the delay and the new delivery date. Great customer service!

Good experience; I recommend it. Great and clear website. Not rated 5 stars just because I would like better communication. I asked to use a specific courier (so I wouldn't have to struggle with the others I know) and I had no answer. Everything went fine, but I had to deal with the FedEx associate company in my country.

Choosing the SUP we wanted was hard but ordering was easy and delivery was very fast (arrived two days later).
The package is great and included everything we needed to go straight out on the board.
We'll be returning if we decide to buy a second

I would have scored 5 stars as Tom was very helpful with my order, answering my questions and acknowledging the pump hose issue.
The warrenty team did not respond so I had to make a phone call to chase things up. Also this warranty team tried to deny the problem until further information was discussed.
I'm pleased to say the issue has been sorted.

There was a few days delay as I had not put my contact number, but once that was sorted I was told the board was being shipped Monday.....I received the board the next day❤ Took me about an hour to cut up the board packaging, it was packed so well. Absolutely chuffed with the board and great service from the SUP company......Would highly recommend.

Whats not to like!

Unfortunately, the ordered item was not available in the chosen color, declared as available. I chose another color in the hope that it would arrive quickly, but the shipment started only after 10 days from the order date.
My mistake was not to remember that now with Brexit it is no longer convenient to buy in the UK: 77 euros of customs fees, for an order of 253 euros! No comment.
Items arrived intact and well packaged.

My new board arrived exactly on time. Very very well packaged took we fifteen minutes to extract board from all the protection. It was in perfect condition. Will use this company again

Great paddle board. Sturdy on the water, light weight and easy to carry. Great service too from SUP Co, easy to order and collect. Even helped me to my car with the board and to load it on the roof racks. Would highly recommend board and company.
