If you try to re-post the review, it says that you can only refer to experiences within the last 12 months. When the company responds to reviews, they accuse you of never having placed an order with them. Pasting here my original review from 4 years ago, though the negative impression remains and the experience from today of not being able to say what happened then anymore, is appalling:

Wish I could post a photo here. Strips arrived in an envelope, no safety warnings, no package, no leaflet, no proof of originality of product, no directions on how to use. Seems like a black market thing that's a hazard to public health.

Please stay away from this company, they are bullies, forcing you to use a dental practice that's is very rude.
No customer service at all just told what to do.
Same for Yorkshire Dental Suite Leeds, stay away from these rude and abrupt and humiliating.
Really regret going near these

I find these people excellent to deal with. Great communication and superfast service and delivery. I received my order in less than 48hrs of pkacing it

29/08 - Ordered the Opalescence 35% which was delivered a few days later.

Used as instructed had no results. Checked website storage instructions their website stated avoid refrigeration.

9/9 - Reported this via email replied stating product can be refrigerated but active ingredient does not become ineffective. Asked for evidence of this as Opalescence advised to refrigerate product also states 2-8 degrees.

15/09 - Chased up a response. Noticed website had been updated with new storage instructions and to refrigerate as active ingredient can degrade with heat. Asked about this.

16/09 - Chased up a response

22/09 - Chased up a response, was being ignored now.

23/09 - Chased up response.

07/10 - Chased up a response. Noticed all Opalescence had 50% off and then out of stock. Have they been stored refrigerated whilst in this company’s care seeing as there has been no results and no sensitivity no burning absolutely nothing and gel just clogs in the mould.

Evidence had been gathered but due to the value is not worth claiming through trading standards. Morally this order should have been refunded and at least provide a response.

Fab! Easy to use website, prompt shipping and competitive prices. Always use these strips, they work so well, beat on the market. Would definitely buy from White Smiles again!

UPDATE- I contacted Royal Mail and they confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address and that the sender needs to refund me as I am not their customer, then the sender needs to make the claim with them. If I am not refunded I will be taking this further.

I placed an order worth £120 which Royal Mail has marked as “delivered.” The tracking photo clearly shows it was delivered to the wrong address – it’s not my front door, and the photo even shows a man’s legs, not mine.

When I contacted the company for help, I was told: “because there’s proof of delivery, no further action will be taken from our end.” That was it. No support, no advice on how I could dispute this, and no follow-up email. I asked to speak to a manager and was ignored.

So I’ve lost £120, received nothing, and been met with blunt, dismissive replies and zero accountability. For a company handling customer orders, this is an unacceptable way to treat people.

I would strongly warn others to think twice before ordering here.

Missing strips, and they refused to send more out or provide a partial refund. I was essentially called a liar.

Tried so many different teeth whitening products, with very disappointing results. My daughter recommended The White Smiles, I am absolutely blown away with the result after a few applications, highly recommend

I had read lots of the reviews on here and the more negative ones seemed to be more to do with courier issues rather than the actual company so I thought I would give it a go. I ordered on the 4th and my order arrived the next morning- fantastic service!

I use the strips and find them gentle, but makes a difference! I have a crack on my front 2 teeth which darkens with tea/coffee etc, using the strips makes it fade, but there is no sensitivity. I used to have my teeth professionally whitened through my dentist-but no longer need to with these.

Great results, fast delivery, have been a loyal customer for 2 years now and recommended my family and friends.

BEWARE IT’S A SCAM WEBSITE.
Do not buy this video monitor nonsense response provided automatically. They send damaged products in a sealed package. They even had the nerve to include the pieces that were cut off!
A decent website accepts returns and provides refunds when they receive pictures of their damaged product.

I always order my whitening strips off of this website and I am very happy with the product and service. I did have a slight issue where one of the packets was missing The bottom strip. I contacted their customer service and got a quick response they sent out a replacement pack right away. Kelly was very helpful. This is the website. I will always use to buy my teeth whitening strips.
