Please note that it is standard courier practice to partially insert the parcel into the letterbox in order to take a proof of delivery photo. After the photo is taken, the parcel is then fully inserted into the letterbox.
Additionally, the photo on the tracking shows your letterbox, and the GPS coordinates confirm that the parcel was delivered to your address.
We strongly recommend checking with other household members or neighbours, in case someone collected the parcel after delivery.

Teeth Whitening That Works
These strips were very easy to apply, stayed in place without slipping, and I noticed a visible difference after just a few days. My teeth looked noticeably brighter, and I didn’t experience any sensitivity, which is a huge plus as I've had a sensitive teeth problem in the past.

Missing strips (& fake?)
Order #297878. I have tried reaching out a whole month ago and still had no response. I was missing 2 strips from my order (& sent photo proof). I also believe the strips were fake (as much as it’s claimed they aren’t) as i’ve been using them for years so know the difference. I’m not one to leave reviews however i’m hoping that this will lead to a review of my case as i’m not able to get in contact any other way. Thanks UPDATE - They are refusing to send out my replacement products until i take this review down. Awful customer service

Lost money and unprofessional customer service
My parcel got stolen, sent an email to customer service explaining the situation. I paid more for next day delivery. The only response I got was to ask my flatmates whether they seen my parcel. After follow up, no further response. I sent another email and they just ignored it again. Very disappointed with the “customer service” I received. Ignoring issues and emails is not professional. Over a week later, I am with no product, lost money, and no response.
EDIT upon reply:
I’m not saying the courier didn’t mark it as delivered - the picture of parcel in the door is no confirmation of delivery, the courier might’ve as well took it. My flatmate came home an hour after it was “supposedly” delivered and saw nothing. Why should I ask the neighbors if it’s marked as delivered to residence? I live in a building that’s not secure so leaving it in the door is just irresponsible and is not how a delivery should be handled. Especially paying for a next day option.
So disappointing that in order to get a response I had to write a review because all my emails are being ignored. Responses are patronizing and offer no solution or even sympathy. Of course you can take further action, you just choose not to.
Such an unpleasant experience and literal loss of money as I never got any product. Worst brand experience I got in a long while. Avoid.

As per our email reply after investigating the situation, our courier has confirmed that the order was delivered to the address provided. The GPS data matches your address, and the "proof of delivery" picture clearly shows the parcel through your letter box at the front door. Additionally, "street view" also confirms this is your front door.
In light of this, and with the delivery being confirmed as completed, we are unable to take further action at this time. We understand this may be frustrating, and we recommend checking with neighbors or anyone in your building who may have received the parcel on your behalf.
