BE SAFE BE AWARE
Used whitening strips from here. Used for half the time recommend as have been in pure agony with my teeth. Needed to go to the dentist after all my teeth were hurting so badly it was making me dizzy. Asked the company about the product as after research the product sold isn’t legal in the uk due to the high levels of hydrogen peroxide levels their response was “some online information has its own agenda” which is bizarre, what does that even mean. God knows if I used real crest whitening strips or counterfeit ones but all I know is my teeth feel ruined. PLEASE JUST GET WHITENING FROM YOUR DENTIST. I’ve spent just as much trying to fix the problem now. Hopefully I’ll get a refund at the very least…
I absolutely did use it as instructed and even took it off earlier than suggesting due to the pure agony

Absolutely foul service from this company. After I left my review they got in touch with me finally offering me a replacement but I don’t need it anymore after such a long wait. Now they have decided to ignore me again.
I hope no one buys any product from this company as it is a scam.
They take your money and not deliver the product.

Regarding the gesture of goodwill, it's concerning to learn that you felt compelled to decline it. It's unfortunate that this perspective was not highlighted in your review.

Did absolutely nothing for my teeth. I brought the original previously from America which were amazing but these ones didn’t look the same or feel the same ..so I believe these ones are fake. After emailing them to say that I would like a refund they have refused and have stopped replying to me???

Not sure Crest products were genuine
I'm not convinced the product I recieved was genuine Crest. I've used the strips for a while and always see noticeable results after the first 1 or 2 treatments but after using all 7 treatments I noticed no difference. Won't be ordering from White Smiles again for that reason

Excellent Products and Service
Excellent service with very good results. We used the Crest 3D Professional Whitening strips with no issues. We found them easy to use and are reasonably priced compared with other products.
