Delivery was swift, the cable was well packaged. I emailed the company and asked to return my purchase which they readily agreed to. But I then decided to use the cable and it charged my EV with no problems. I’m a very satisfied customer.

It's an excellent product
It's an excellent product and a quick delivery.
I was looking for a charger with a long cable and that doesn't get overheated. The big benefit is that you can delay the time and charge at the most preferential rate (night-time)
