I called the company as I wanted some information about EV chargers. The person I spoke to was very informative and spent a lot of time explaining the difference between Third rock chargers and other brands.
In that advice I decided to the charger.

I have purchased a 3pin EV charger cable from them. Quick shipping and the quality work very well. The cable come with a storage bag. However, i find that the bag have some problem and contact the company. The company send me a new one in quick manner. Very please for this purchase.

Item showed in stock, paid for it 2 days later they said it was out if stock no ETA, saId they would refund me, 9 days before the refund which was sent with an eCheque ( who does that ??? ).
Very disappointing.

Charging Cable broke, but customer service is faultless and would reccomend their products.
We purhcased a 10M 13A Type 2 charger cable a back in January 2024. It worked excellently and is well constructed and built. However, unfortunately it then just stopped working out of the blue. I suspect the biblical rain we've been having likely contributed to the cable's demise although the cable itself hadn't gotten wet or obviously damaged.
I then recalled that the cable is advertised with a 1 year warranty, which I was pleasantly surprised to see had actually been updated to a 2 year warranty! I emailed their support and after a brief interaction to troubleshoot that it wasn't a power supply issue a new cable was dispatched to me overnight as a replacement. I genuinely couldn't ask for better service, things go wrong sometimes and I've encountered warranties in the past that are anything but. However in this case, it was an incredibly easy experience to seek a replacement.
