Shannon was extremely helpful spent ages helping me and my husband secure a new phone, tablet and WiFi and even help setup my husbands new phone and get all the data transferred over which we find extremely difficult to do ourselves. She had so much patience and kindness for us even though we are a little slow with tech stuff. Thanks so much Shannon 5/5

All the staff are amazing
All the staff are amazing. They go the extra mile & nothing is too much trouble. A special mention to Paul, Helen, Shannon & Karen they all help with small or large issues as I am not conversant with modern technology.

Absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service in store I received today by Helen and Shannon after I’d accidentally deleted my eSIM on my new phone .
I was greeted in store by two welcoming and friendly employees ( who by the way are a credit to your company ) and they listened while I explained the problem and not once was I made to feel stupid or awkward which is what I was apprehensive about before I first came into store .
The store employees were fantastic and nothing felt like too much trouble and I came out of the store with a smile on my face ! Having worked in customer service myself these ladies were incredible and should be told so .
Keep up the excellent work , you ladies deserve a raise .
