Went into the store today with viruses on my phone. James helped and reassured me about the viruses and got my phone work properly again and helped calm me down from the stress it had caused couldn't thank him enough.

He had us organised with new broadband within half an hour with excellent advice to help us on our way. Once home, the system was absolutely simple to install and is working brilliantly. Joe is a credit to the company.
