Gloria in Dalston Three provided exceptional service today sorting a new air contract for me and transferring me from EE over to Three. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

There is a very annoying and outdated error in 3 pay as you go data packs where if you use your data before the expiration date and cancel your auto renewal then you cannot buy any additional data for... Voir plus

Saroush was vey helpful. He helped me set up my new device after I took a new contract in store. He was a lovely individual and made transferring from on device to another easy.

Amz was such a dear she gave me Great advice on getting a new phone and I explained how I'm elderly and I struggle so she even set up up for me. What a lovely young lady

I visited Three Dalston store and very happy with their service. Nayeem was very helpful and gave a good upgrade deal. And help me with settings up a phone as well.

I met Oumar a few years ago when he used to work for Vodafone in Liverpool Street store even back then he always goes above and beyond and even helps with queries outside of his job role hence why i have moved from Vodafone to Three based solely on his amamzing customer service. His work ethics ans professionalism has not changed at all, real asset to the organisation.

There is a very annoying and outdated error in 3 pay as you go data packs where if you use your data before the expiration date and cancel your auto renewal then you cannot buy any additional data for that month. This needs to be addressed by 3 because it’s ridiculous. Even though the problem having no simple and obvious solution, I had a great experience in the 3 store Dalston. Anisa, Oumar and the guys puzzled to help figure out the best and easiest solution and went above and beyond to make it as simple as possible for me. I really appreciate the people working in there!
