Helpful and friendly staff
Stacey was lovely and helpful, spoke us through all the options and found us the best deal that suited our needs and the cheapest option.

Our experience was made great by the wonderful, helpful and most lovely Alaina. My elderly mother and I popped in to the Dumfries store 6/10/2025 to see if we could possibly get 3 internet. We were welcomed by sunny smiling faces and especially the beautiful Alaina.
Super friendly VERY knowledgeable and got my mum sorted in two shakes of a lambs tail. Mum left with her brand new home broadband hub in shiny new box and I was stolen from almost three decades of being with O2 your arch enemy, with a unlimited sim for my own phone. So HURRAH to us and a BIG hurrrrah to Alaina.
Get that girl a bottle of bubbles..!!!🍾🥂
