Excellent service as always!

Having had excellent customer service here on previous occasions, we returned today with my 84-year old Dad to help him buy a new phone. Jasmine was so helpful and patient (as always!) and gave us some excellent and honest advice, without any kind of unnecessary hard sell! All staff at the Lincoln store are welcoming and polite, and we will have no hesitation in following them to their new location down the road when our contracts are due for renewal.

Drew and Scott dealt with my issue, offered support and advice and not only did I change my mind about leaving but we changed all my family across to three from O2… great customer service - well done Lincoln team.
