Mat helped clean my phone as it stopped working and he managed to fix it for me, would highly recommend this store to everyone and very friendly staff.

No WiFi connection
It was good to start with but went downhill recently as had no WiFi on some days. One was one and half day! No communication, no text, no email to let us know why it was down. I feel we should be compensate for the loss of WiFi. I had to cancel the contract because of poor service. I phoned Three to complain but not really interested to know. I am with a different provider now.
