New phone
Been in store to get daughter a new phone Aimee was so helpful set everything up for us too. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful
The assistant was very knowledgeable and answered all questions thoroughly. The only small thing was an add on of extras which I wasn't told about until after signing however it was down to a genuine error that as it happens we wanted the extras anyway

Poor phone support and expensive contract sim
So far I have spent approximately 5 hours making phone calls helping my sister in law with her bills and re-activating a replacement phone. We were eventually told that everything was fine and working but discovered that the SIM card had not been activated. Yesterday we travelled 12 miles to the 3 store at Washington Galleries and our issues were resolved by Amy, a fantastically helpful and friendly customer support member, in a matter of minutes. Thank you Amy. 😀 You were a star.🌟
