I’ve had to call you twice recently. Both times Richard came. He was very calm, reassuring and efficient. Also he arrived promptly which was a great help especially as the second occasion when it was an emergency call out. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this firm again and recommend you to others. Tony and his team were efficient
Tony and his team were efficient, practical and highly skilled, managing to remove some extremely expensive and fiddly chandeliers with no issues whatsoever. I’d been dreading this job, but they made light work of it

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. Two faulty sockets were replaced by Richard and his assistant, part of Tony's team. Tony was quick to respond , arranging a visit within a couple of days. The work was done professionally, great communication, friendly and within the time frame. Good price. I've used Tony's team several times. Would recommend.

A huge thank you to your THS electrical who completed work for me in June.
The team installed two new sockets inside and outside, along with a full electrical safety check.
They were professional, tidy, and completed everything to a very high standard.
The job turned out to be less straightforward than I had originally expected. As I am autistic, situations like this can be quite stressful for me, but your colleagues took the time to explain the process and the options available, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience much less overwhelming.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again in the future.

Tony and his team are fantastic. Prompt communication, efficient, high quality service. Recently fitted a much better extractor fan for the bathroom. Previously rewired the whole flat, fitted new lights & carbon monoxide detector. Very thorough and good value. Would highly recommend.
