THS Electrical Avis

Very good service. The contact before the visit was great and the 2 guys who came and did the work were knowledgeable, tidy and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Received a competitive quote and a timely appointment. The guys arrived on time and were quick and efficient. Having tested the lighting to my satisfaction they left the place tidy. Will use again.

Arrived on time and investigated and repaired my issues quickly and without any trouble. Very responsive by email as well.

Good communication both before and after the visit, including the report. The electrician was punctual and answered all my questions regarding the report and quotes.

I recently had an electrical issue at my home where the main fuse box was damaged. Tony, the owner of The Electrical, personally attended and replaced the fuse box to an excellent standard. His two engineers also carried out a thorough inspection of the entire property and checked every possible source of the fault.
Their professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend The Electrical and Tony for any electrical work.

I had a great experience with THS Electrical. They were reliable, quick to respond, and clearly knew what they were doing. What stood out most was how honest and fair they were with their pricing — no surprises or unnecessary extras. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are both skilled and straightforward, but that’s exactly what I got. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

Omar is a very conscientious and professional individual who has attended my residence of multiple occasions to carry out electrical work. He provides knowledgeable advice and is very courteous. THS always very proactive in replying to my work requests too! A pleasure to work with most definitely!

Tony and his team were great. From first response late in the day through to tracking down the source of the problem with my wiring they were thorough and efficient. They were respectful and left everything tidy and went the extra mile to get my power up and running. Thank you!

Efficient and tidy work, good follow up for when we'd ordered the light to be fitted.

We had problems with the installion of a new dual fuel cooker, and Tony came over promptly, diagnosed the problem and gave us several options for solving the issue, and when I decided to just send the new cooker back, he even researched what a suitable replacement cooker could be for me. A very nice guy, and a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

Great team did a great running Ethernet cabling for 3 CCTV cameras and tidying up some other wiring.

Really friendly guys and did a great job. Would recommend to anybody and will be my go to electricians going forward.

We were having issues with our EV charger being very slow. We booked THS Electrical to see if they could sort this out for us and Tony Ha from THS Electrical managed to quickly spot the problem and promptly fixed it. He also made sure we understand what the issue has been and I understand our charger a lot more now than I did before! Tony was friendly, professional and a great representative of this company. I can highly recommend their services.

Electrical issue the day before we completed our house sale. THS came to the rescue within a couple of hours, and fixed the issue. Phew.

I used THS Electrical for various electrical issues in my flat. Their service is impeccable. Fast communication, reliable, knowledgeable experts, transparent pricing and nice, respectful guys. Couldn't ask for more.

Responded to my initial enquiry quickly (over the weekend), sent someone out straight away on Monday morning, and had everything fixed less than an hour later. Fantastic!

I contacted THS and Tony came across to look at our 1980's storage radiators which has stopped working. Tony did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and they are now operatinal..

Very happy with the service from Tony and his team. Would highly recommend.

Just before going on holiday on a Sunday in the middle of preparing lunch, something tripped my main RCD and I could not switch it back on….so no power!
Looked online and found THS Electrical and called them out for an emergency call out.
The guy turned up very prompt and was very polite and after running some tests on some circuits and the consumer unit he managed to resolve issue and get my power back on.
Very happy with efficient service.

Tony has been our regular electrician for many years. All work is completed to a high standard and within a very short timeframe. We receive good advice and trust his opinion. Professional service, highly recommend.
