TicketCenter inflates the ticket cost. Go to Ticketmaster. Radio City Music Hall Rockettes was half the price at Ticketmaster versus TicketCenter. I hope this helps others to save on tickets for various venues.

I thought they were ticket master. Nope just a reseller. I ended up paying double of what the tickets were actually selling for on ticket master. My fault for clicking fast. Then the time ticker to hurry and buy. Go through ticket master only. Put these guys out of business. I could start my own company and charge double like them too. They end up going through ticket master anyway. Unreal.

I cannot open the app to print my ticket. also when i provided the order and entered my phone no it say the phone no is wrong. i am going to make an offical complain to the authority.

Thought I was dealing directly with the venue. Found they were charging twice what the venue was charging 10 minutes after purchase. They would not cancel nor could I speak with an actual human.

Bought tickets to an ASU/UofA volleyball game that run $20/ticket. Thought I was buying through ASU website and ended up paying $60/ticket through this site for the same event.

A scam website. It is designed to make you think you are ordering from the venue. Shame on me for not paying attention. Charged twice the price and then doesn't immediately deliver the tickets.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE — BUYER BEWARE ZERO STARS

TicketCenter is an absolute joke of a company. We purchased concert tickets, rented an Airbnb, spent money traveling to the city, and planned an entire trip around this event. Our tickets were supposed to arrive the day BEFORE the concert. Instead, we spent the entire day desperately trying to contact this pathetic excuse for a business, without ever reaching an actual human being.

Then, just 15 MINUTES AFTER THE VENUE DOORS OPENED, our tickets were suddenly “CANCELED” No tickets, no answers, no customer service, and a completely ruined trip.

This entire experience felt like a SCAM TicketCenter took our money, wasted our time, and left us stranded after we’d already paid for lodging and travel.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY Their complete lack of accountability and customer service is absolutely disgusting. We will NEVER purchase from TicketCenter again, and we’ll make sure everyone we know hears about this nightmare.

absolute scam. They have a fake website and price of tickets are triple face value..I called to cancel my tickets that were purchased and they said NO refunds. I will refute the charges of my CC. STAY AWAY!! total sum of the earth people. BUYER BEWARE

Like a lot of the review said.......you will pay at least 3 to 5 times more for their tickets. I thought I was buying the tickets directly from the venue as they are really sneaky about it ie 'start where you left off', seats are selling fast, almost sold out.......and so on. Once I realized it and checked the venue's price and seat selection I realized I got scammed. Dont do it

I would not use these people. Erred , by a week, the date of my event. I repeatedly asked them to send my tickets do that I could attempt a re-sale and E received them 6 hours prior. They had 6 weeks. I only got auto responses- no humans on their end. Cost me $598

I would rate no stars if that was a choice! Tickets are way overpriced, paying over $1,000.00 for 4 tickets, and fraudulently not identifying on the web listing or up front on the main web page that they are not the Charleston theater, trading on their name, making people think they are accessing the actual theater's page. I fond the actual theater, when you didn't tell me my seat assignments, never answered y questions. The actual theater tickets cost me $263.00! Identify who you are up front in bold, large font!!! YOU DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION TO SELL, USE, MARKET, OR FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE MY INFORMATION!

Weird customer service. Seems only focused on sales, not customer service at all.

I purchased tickets on what I would SWEAR was the right date and I THOUGHT I was on the site of the source of the event but they are predatory in their marketing. Now I cannot get a refund and am stuck with tickets for wrong day and purchased via a 3rd party that I did not want.

This company relies on name confusion with major ticket resellers for placement (or ad buys), but their pricing is predatory. Check the venue or other sites, because I just paid about three times what I should have and have no way to get a refund. It was my mistake, but don’t buy tickets from tickets center.

If I could negative stars I would. BUYER BEWARE! I went to see how much a parking pass would be for an event 9 months from today. Inadvertently ordered and now they have told me too bad so sad can't cancel. Horrible customer service and rude! DO NOT USE!

THIS IS A RESALE TICKET COMPANY, THEY BUY TICKETS FROM TICKETMASTER, THEN RESELL THEM FOR MORE THAN TWICE AS MUCH. WHEN I PURCHASED MY TICKETS, I THOUGHT I WAS ON THE ORIGINAL TICKMASTER WEBSITE!!! THEY HAVE TICKETMASTER WRITTN ALL OVE THE PAGE!!! I PAID $189 PER TICKET, BOUGHT 3, AND WHEN I HIT ENTER, ANOTHER PAGE APPEARED THAT SAID TICKET-CENTRAL!!!! I KNEW I WAS IN TROUBLE SO I TRIED CONTACTING THEM AND THEY WON'T TALK TO YOU. IMMEDETLY GOOGLED TICKETMASTER AGAIN AND SCROLLED DOWN AND FOUND THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE! THOSE SAME TICKETS WERE $70 EACH!!!!!!!!! THEY REFUSE TO RFUND ME MY MONEY. I AM CONTACTING MY BANK, REDDITT, (WHICH SAYS THEY ARE A FRAGULENT GROUP) AND WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO GET THE WORD OUT! THEY EVEN MADE A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD WITH AN INSURANCE CO $35 DOLLARS I DID NOT APPROVE!

I paid more than double the venue's price for a ticket using this site. I was not paying attention and I thought I was at the venue's site, but of course I was not. I paid $149 for a seat. A few minutes later I visited the venue's site where the seat next to mine was open and cost $60. Five minutes later I entered a chat with TicketsCenter and they refused to offer a refund. This was highway robbery. My next complaint is going to the BBB.

Buyer Beware! Poor customer service. Just reiterated the same talking points multiple times and didn't care about anything I had to say. Ridiculously overpriced and got little to no help from customer service. Think about what event you are going to and how much tickets would be through the venue or entertainers website. Just reiterated the same talking points with a condescending attitude and couldn't provide any helpful information at all. Once they have your money they do not care at all.

I just bought 3 concert tickets row 3 and they sent me row 15 - trying to chat with AI service rep - not helpful - tells me these are my seats - why would I buy row 15 when row 14 seats were cheaper! Bait and Switch - buyer beware - take a snapshot of your selection before you buy or your a SOL! - last time I use this site!

I purchased 2 tickets for Beauty and the Beast play at $532 (3 times) more than what Segerstrom would charge. Never received my tickets. Went to the theater and was told my seats were reserved under different names. Purchased 2 tickets just before the play started at discounted price of $39 per seat. This is not fair. Segerstrom should have strict buying policies to protect customers.
Lesson learned verify the site before purchase. I was on segerstrom website. Didn't realized when I chose the seats it went to outside vendor. NEVER AGAIN!!!
