I am not a computer person but the site was easy to use and I got my ticket in seconds. I am a fan and I am happy the process was quick and easy.

Definitely wish I could give a zero star. I typed in the name of the organization putting on the play and they site I got was a picture of the actual building and name of the company… How was I to know it was a scam from tickets-center.
I found out later I paid almost 3 times the price of the ticket from the original organization. And they lied and said that I had chosen the best seats available, which was not even remotely true. Yes, my stupidity for not calling the company direct but I’m so used to ordering things online from good companies.

Terrible customer experience. I paid approximately $200 for two tickets that show a value of $52.65 each. When I realized that I needed to attend the same show on a different date, I contacted Tickets-Center by phone, chat, and email.

I understand that they have an “all sales are final” policy, but I was not only requesting a refund—I also offered to exchange the tickets for another performance of the exact same show. They refused to provide either option and simply repeated their policy without making any meaningful effort to resolve the issue.

A company can have policies while still providing reasonable customer service and considering exceptions, especially when a customer is willing to accept a date change instead of a refund. Their inflexibility, high resale pricing, and lack of a practical solution made this an extremely frustrating experience. I will never purchase tickets through Tickets-Center again and strongly recommend buying directly from the venue’s official website instead.

Fast, easy, and convenient. Like those characteristics when ordering.

USER EXPERIENCE: Good grief. CAN't YOUR MAPS SHOW THE ACTUAL SEATS AND ROWS IN THE VENUE??? I BOUGHT NEARLY 200 DOLLARS WORTH OF TICKETS TO A MUSICAL AND HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE ROW IS --VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

This is a fraudulent ripoff. The website makes you think you are buying from the venue. They post fake warnings that tickets are selling fast before tickets have even gone on sale legitimately. Stay away. You will overpay.

Great!, easy to order

This venue couldn't make it more difficult to see a show. Ticket purchases must be printed instead of added to phone wallet. After tickets are purchased they advertise the price of parking at the venue, at $69/vehicle. If I hadn't already purchased venue tickets I would have cancelled my plans to attend based on the bay and switch.

Is it possible to have the tickets sent to another address? That would be most helpful when ordering for a special event such as a birthday.

One would expect Disney Concert Hall to provide a sublimely high quality ticket purchase and they did not disappoint.

Fast and secure

Company sold tickets to an event that within an hour the venue confirmed was SOLD OUT. There were zero tickets available, and there was no record of our purchase at venue. So the site uses web crawlers to find seats, sell them at 10x the venue cost and the available seats/tickets don't actually exist.(!!) They also had no record of the sale in their own hotline when we called using their contact info and the confirmation # provided. No luck with secondary number either. It is as fake as can be and the credit cards won't block a pending charge. And Google promotes them and probably takes a cut from the sale. SCAM> AVOID. only buy from the actual venue when you can. (Or Stub Hub which is legit.) They operate under several names (Secure Tickets, secure-tix.com, Ticket Fulfillment LLC, and more) , and are part of Red Dog Media in Nevada, and have been sued several times. Red Dog is a click-bait co. masking as a "marketing company." The positive reviews are likely clickfarm reviews or by employees at the company. (Only 1 review posted, and 3 words of positivity. BS). AVOID and report them if you are scammed. Write for a refund, report them on BBB and Trustpilot, and FTC.
