I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent purchase from Tier1Online deserves one. I bought a Lenovo ThinkCentre M920q after doing a lot of preparation. With the help of AI, I drafted a clear specification of what I needed, and from there I compared five of the most trusted refurbished PC sellers. I narrowed it down to the top two and contacted both.
Tier1Online stood out because they were willing to make adjustments to match my exact requirements. I was assisted by an adviser, Khalif Khan, who provided excellent service throughout. Communication was clear, options were explained properly, and nothing felt rushed.
The PC arrived well‑packaged, clean, and in excellent condition for a refurbished unit. All the internal components matched the advertised specification exactly, and the machine has performed perfectly since. It’s clear that Tier1Online take their refurbishment process seriously and don’t cut corners.

Great service + great value
I spoke to customer service after a slight mistake with the account information. I got on the line within 15 seconds of calling and we resolved the issue quickly and calmly. The lady was very polite and friendly. The laptop came in great order too, great value and service 😁.

Very good customer service with prompt and relevant replies to my queries. The ThinkPad itself was in almost perfect condition apart from minor scratches and blemishes to the exterior (this type of body is prone to that) tkThe keyboard , screen, webcam and all ports looked brand new). Worked very well out of the box, no issues at all. Very happy with the purchase. A great 14" laptop at a really good price. The delivery was good too, but the courier didn't update me between saying they were "expecting to receive my order" and then another 2 days later saying my parcel would be delivered in 3 hours. Luckily I was in but I'd appreciate knowing the date of delivery beforehand. This is on the courier tho, not the vendor.

Impressed by the condition of the laptop
The website was easy to use and choosing a specific laptop was easy using filters.
The laptop I bought was very competitively priced and for a grade B refurbished one, it was in really good condition.
The laptop was delivered quickly and was extremely well packaged.

Can’t fault the service or equipment

PC arrived in great condition
PC arrived in great condition. You can tell they actually took the time to do a proper refurbishment as when I looked inside the case there was not a spec of dust.
Delivery was fast with no issues. 3 days for it to get to me in Northern Ireland is not bad at all. The package itself was also well protected in a decent quality box with plenty of bubble wrap.
All in all, would recommend these guys if you need a PC but don't want to pay the overinflated current market prices due to ram & storage supply chain issues.

Customer 10 years
Been a customer of Tier1online for about 10 years, and bought 4 machines in that time. The first lasted 7 years. 2 others lasted until the tech became obsolete. My last laptop from them had a broken key, and then only lasted 3 years - but with second hand tech you win some and lose some I suppose. New laptop was delivered fast, and appears in excellent condition. Great company and i thoroughly recommend!
