6 days late, arrived just before midnight
Terrible service, advertised as 2-4 days delivery. They do deliver midweek, but won't tell you what day, so you have to sit in from Monday to Friday. They said they would deliver either sat or sun. you get infomed the day before and advise delivery will be between 10pm and 12pm saturday night. I ordered on May 5th, delivery was May 11th, 11 days instead of 2-4pm. Driver was a very lovely guy, though he was driving for 15hrs, which seems unsafe to me. Sales chap on the phone was shocked at potential delivery, he was also lovely but could not help. The website is very misleading with it's 2-4 days. Never order for delivery

Things end up being out of stock even if it says they are in stock
I ordered panelling online that was supposedly in stock, but then I got an email saying that the panelling was not in stock. It was a frustrating experience. Now I need to wait a few weeks for it to come into stock again. Your website should accurately reflect your inventory levels.

We placed an online order for two…
We placed an online order for two products and the full payment was deducted. After a few days, one of the items was cancelled, and we only received an apology stating it was unavailable. Accepting payment and then failing to supply the product reflects very poor service.
While we do appreciate that the remaining item was delivered safely and in good condition, cancelling one product delayed our entire project and resulted in significant loss for us.
