Products were perfect and in stock when I needed them in a hurry. Staff were very helpful on the phone and in the shop. However it's disappointing they won't take back excess adhesive or tile trims both unopened/ unused as money is tight during a renovation and so I would have appreciated that.

Hi Ines,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad we could get you sorted when time was against you.
As set out in our terms and conditions, we aren’t able to accept returns on in-store purchases or on fixing materials such as adhesive unless an item is faulty. We know that’s not the answer you were hoping for, and we appreciate you raising it with us.
If you need anything else for the project, our team will be glad to help you plan quantities carefully next time.
Kind regards,

Fantastic experience at Tile Merchant
I had a fantastic experience at Tile Merchant Ashbourne. Jordan was incredibly helpful, caring, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to understand my ideas, offered great suggestions, and gave me excellent advice to help me make the right choices for my home renovation.
As I am renovating all the floors in my house as well as my guest bathroom, there are many decisions to make, and his knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable. He was never pushy and was always happy to answer my questions and explore different options with me.
I really appreciate his professionalism. A real credit to the team! I would highly recommend Tile Merchant Ashbourne to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.
