I got tiles two weeks ago and I was…
I got tiles two weeks ago and I was dealing with Ana.A trade account was set up and everything was delivered the same week.
The following Tuesday I returned and Ana helped me with the bathroom units ,showers etc for two bathrooms and two ensuites.Ana was extremely helpful and picked for me what would work...a happy professional experience.

I was ordering 40mm artificial grass
I was ordering 40mm artificial grass. 3 samples were sent out. I ordered and paid almost €900, to then be told they no longer do 40mm but they had 20mm OR they couid do some offcuts of the grass i had ordered originally. Im still waiting for the refund.

Promised 2 days delivery
Promised 2 days delivery, no update. After a week email send asking for delay reason, answered that there was an issue with courier. Another delay... So two days delivery turned around to be a two weeks. No updates, no tracking. I would not recommend if you need something quick.

Incredibly disappointed with the…
Incredibly disappointed with the customer service. I paid €634.41 under Order Number 551891 which included a €60.00 delivery fee. The delivery service was completely unfulfilled and I never received it. On August 19th, their customer care explicitly promised me a refund via WhatsApp. Since then, they have completely ignored my messages, failed to call me back, and have left two separate follow-up emails completely unanswered. I have been forced to open a formal dispute with my bank to get my money back. Absolute radio silence once they have your money.

You selected the delivery option when placing the order; however, the delivery was never booked as you collected the order from our store approximately two weeks ago. The €60 delivery charge was therefore due to be refunded.
