Her communication at the point of order and subsequent delivery arrangements were first class.I felt like a valued customer and that I was in safe and capable hands. I ordered a Filcombe canopy for our front door and a Gittisham canopy with bespoke brackets for our rear door. Both were delivered on time and well protected and were exactly as specified. I highly recommend this company, their communication skills and the quality of their products. Outstanding service from start to…
Outstanding service from start to finish. I needed an ornate bargeboard for a porch renovation. There was a good choice of designs. My order was dispatched quickly and I was kept upto date with tracking. The packaging protected the barge boards so they reached me in perfect condition. When I unpacked them and saw them for the 1st time, I couldn't wait to see them in place.
