Ordered the Lille bed in superking
Ordered the Lille bed in superking, arrived promptly however the sides of the bed were a different colour to the headboard so I contacted time4sleep, they were brilliant, saw the photos and offered to exchange the bed for a new one asap. New bed arrived and built and it’s perfect, really good quality and so gorgeous. Also very easy to build. Great customer service thank you !

I am extremely disappointed with the…
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid £50 for Saturday delivery and was told my order would arrive between 3:00pm and 6:00pm, so I stayed at home for the entire delivery window. Despite this, my delivery never arrived.
What makes this worse is that I received no phone call, text message, email, or any other update to explain the delay. For a paid delivery service, this level of communication and reliability is unacceptable.
I would not expect this standard of service from any company, especially after paying extra for a specific delivery day and time slot. I am now waiting for an explanation, an update on my order, and a refund or compensation for the failed delivery service.

We had issues with the delivery and the address that this was to go but Time 4 Sleep have refunded our deliery charge which has helped.

Thank you for your review.
When creating a finance order, the delivery and billing address need to be the same and if inputted differently the delivery address will revert to the same address as the billing.
The finance agreement is a legal contract between you and the finance provider. Once this order reaches us, we cannot amend anything, as doing so would break both our contract with the provider and your personal contract with them. This is their rule, not ours and unfortunately, we cannot dispute it.
As previously advised, unfortunately it seems the finance company gave you incorrect information when advising that you were able to amend this. We contacted our highest contact there to check if anything could be done regarding the address, but they confirmed that it cannot be amended. Of course, if we could've amended this for you we would have, as this was also in our best interest to do so.
I can see that we previously apologised for the inconvenience caused by this and resolved it for you privately, however, please know again that we are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Beautiful bed, feels really sturdy, and luxurious. It was easy to assemble and the guys delivered to the room I wanted to assemble it in.

Wow! Great value and very good quality
Wow! I was hugely sceptical as I placed my order after hours trawling the web. The price seemed too good to be true so I was very nervous as to what I would receive.
I placed the order Tuesday evening and received a delivery booking the next morning for delivery on the Thursday.
The delivery arrived on time, the service was great and delivery was only £20 to be delivered some 150 miles away.
The bed itself is fabulous, good quality, sturdy and exactly as described.
I am so pleased with it and the great service received, and it was by far the best price for a TV bed anywhere!

Time 4 Sleep is a super company! …
This is the second purchase we have made from Time 4 Sleep and once more we are thrilled with our purchase. Communication is excellent and the delivery was seamless as the trundle bed was delivered to the room of our choice. The trundle bed was easy to assemble!

Time4Sleep were very helpful as I am currently in the process of renovating my bedroom. I ordered the bed as it was exactly what we were looking for and at a good price. Time4sleep allowed me to book a forward delivery date.
I've not assembled the bed yet, but will be opening the boxes this weekend to check it over properly. I'm sure I will be happy with it.
Very good experience and would use them and recommend them to others.
