Time 4 Sleep Avis 

Manufacturer changed the product but the customer service and return was smooth.. Unfortunate that we couldn't find a suitable alternative. Soon will shop again..

Ordered the Matilda cream upholstered oak bed , only took 3 weeks to deliver also got order ealier than expected as it said it may take up to 13 weeks .The bed is beautiful and just like in the photos . Easy to assemble. Would definitely recommend this company .The quality is also amazing.

Brilliant furniture and a brilliant service they gave from start to finish. Amelia oak bed and bedside cabinets, dressing table, stool and mirror all absolutely well made and stunning. Will recommend.

Bought the Oak Sleigh Bed. Solid high quality bed. Delivered quickly and to a day of our choice. The bed comes flat pack but is easy enough to put together with 2 people. Once completed it is very study no squeaks. Would highly recommend Time 4 Sleep.

The bed arrived really fast. Looks great and although it took a while to set up, it wasn't very difficult to assemble. It seems sturdy so far. Bed is a little lower than I thought it would be but still looks good.

Delivery was on time. The bed is very good qaulty, it all went together easily. Very pleased with end result, I would very much recommend this company and product.

I had to wait a while as my bed was out of stock, but it arrived within the predicted window and once arranged delivery was incredibly smooth (with the nicest delivery team who helped carry everything up 2 flights of stairs!).

The bed itself is stunning. Exactly as pictured and fantastic quality. It’s very sturdy, with no wobble to it and no visible screws. Easy to assembly too. Delighted!

Fantastic experience with this company. I ordered a bed frame in march, communication and delivery faultless. Bed is lovely and very sturdy materials, and very good value for money, as really quality materials and build, much better quality than some other beds I looked at that were twice the price!
There was a slight fault with one of the supports (not sure what they are called technically) did not affect structure of the bed at all, but did result in one side being a little creaky.
Contacted Time 4 sleep 😴 easily by phone, all details noted, i provided the evidence they needed and they were straight on to arranging a replacement part for me, again with exception communication throughout!
Would give 10 stars if I could, thank you guys it’s been a pleasure to deal with you.

Really quick and well informed delivery. Goods arrived as promised.

I required some help whilst ordering online so made a phone call and customer service was good. I needed to clarify what the evening delivery time frame was. They told me 5pm to 9pm. So I went ahead and ordered for evening delivery. On delivery day the delivery people called me at 3:37pm to say they were 45 minutes away. I informed them I was not home and was expecting them after 5pm. They wanted to leave my bed outside! I called Time 4 sleep and informed them what was going on. They said that was not right and the delivery person would have to wait if he got there early. In the end they came at 5:04pm a few minutes after I got home as I had originally planned. The delivery people marred the experience. I had originally given three stars but have returned to update because very unexpected - on 13/07/2026, I got an email advising the delivery charge had been refunded to my card. It is nice to know that some businesses do read reviews and take steps to put things right. Thank you time4sleep.
