Whilst all of our mattresses meet all British safety standards, none of our mattresses are tested to a maximum weight limit and they are suitable for people of all different weights.

Excellent company
I ordered a trundle bed with 2 mattresses. I’m really pleased with the beds and the mattresses are super comfy. Ordering was really easy and delivery was within a week. I’d thoroughly recommend this company.

Everything went smoothly and somehow I…
Everything went smoothly and somehow I managed to put the bed together in under two hours, albeit with a little help from my wife!
However, there is a very visible scuff mark on the bottom left hand side of the bed.
I haven't contacted you yet but was wondering what could be used on the wood to make this mark disappear.

Buying the bed was very…
Buying the bed was very straightforward. Quality is ok but the bed lift (trots) was not supportive for my mattress. One of the customers service lady try to help the young grumpy one rejected it claiming she work for the company and her colleague gave the wrong information. She can request for a collection. Long and short I went on Amazon and bought an electric lift which works superb. No more struggling to lift the bed waiting for my children to gain access for me to be able to use the storage space.

All of our ottoman bed frames have a maximum mattress weight to ensure that the pistons provided can support the frame and mattress whilst being lifted and lowered. We are sorry that you were initially advised incorrectly but unfortunately, we cannot provide stronger pistons for your bed frame because we don't have any stronger, compatible ones.
The provided pistons are more than strong enough to lift a mattress at the advised maximum weight. You will only see pistons fail to support the mattress and frame if the mattress weighs more than the advised maximum weight.
We are sorry again for any inconvenience. Please know that this was not our intention and we would have provided a compatible part if we could.

Ordered, Opulence Winged Grand Upholstered Ottoman Bed Frame Only - King size in colour "Arran Natural".
Can select from multiple colours for this bed frame from the website.
Excellent bed frame, very solid and with the boards that cover the underneath of the bed. Some Ottoman bed frames only have a sheet to cover the floor.
Very good instructions provided.
The colour matched exactly the sample that was ordered.
Was delivered securely and very well packaged next working day by BJS Home delivery (5 boxes)
If you have a cordless drill then you can assemble the bed much quicker than the tools provided. All secures and tools are provided.
Highly recommend, fantastic customer service. Very well laid out website and simple to order. All delivery tracking information provided.
