Time Express Parcels Avis 

Notified that the parcel is arriving but when I track again it's mentioned picked up. Can't even compared to Aramex and Emirates post. The latter two usually delivers parcel 5-6 days ahead of the estimated delivery schedule. And when they say they're coming they always arrive exactly on time.

Is it possible to leave less than 1 star ?. Do yourself a favor pick another company. Never arrived to pick up my package. Saying they're not receiving my emails for refund. Just terrible

Don't send any parcel with them as they are not reliable. if you want reliable delivery, then deal directly with DHL, UBS and Emirates Post. They will tell you lies that the parcel will arrive in two working days, but it will take at least five working days to arrive if you are lucky.

Really bad service, after 2 months of waiting, they tell that they have lost my 10 kgs baggage and they have lost track of it, can you believe!

Deserves ZERO star. Guys read the terms and conditions if you don't have a printer and cant print the airway bill they will delay the shipment if you will do manual writing of the information. Wont trust for business and personal urgent courier services. VERY DISSAPOINTED

They were very accommodating and they assisted us from start to finish. Our deliveries were delivered just in time! I will definitely recommend Time Express and for sure next time I do a shipment I'll still do it with them.

Really regret that I can’t give them zero stars.
First of all I had to email, text and call them for an update. Spoke with rude , extremely unprofessional person who can’t even handle conversation.
And was informed that they are unable to send my parcel, which is fine just can’t understand why I wasn’t informed straight away.

The worst experience ever!

I have assigned to Time Express an international shipment of personal items. I have been shipping such packages for years using different cargo and courier companies and have NEVER faced any problem.

In the beginning, Time Express team accepted to handle my shipment. However:
- their payment gatway does not work. I've tried to place the order by different local and international debit cards but the issue was always the same: their website didn't work.
- they opened my parcel without asking for permit and didn't ship some items without advance notice.

When I started to point out that their behavior was not fair and that many of their competitors would have handled the shipment without problem, they began to to ignore my requests for an update on the status of the package, and when I was able to contact customer service, their attitude toward me was unprofessional, annoyed and unreliable.

Highly unrecommended!

Unreliable, rude with awful customer service. Failed to arrange correct collection on Thursday by 6pm for UK delivery by following Tuesday 23 Nov for a birthday. I offered to come to Garhoud myself but was told this was not an option. Failed to respond to 12 calls asking for a resolution but was told to wait until Saturday.
Waited until 6pm on Saturday (making numerous calls all of which remained unanswered when Timex demanded 150% increase on quoted costs. Said unless increased costs were paid parcel would not go on Saturday (3 days late).
Manager refusing to call. Customer service numbers ignoring me. I paid the increased amount as my parcel was effectively held to ransom.

Absolutely horrible experience. I made 2 shipments with multiple bags from Dubai to USA and Brazil. Timexpress sent a wrong bag to Brazil that should have gone to USA and vice-versa. This mistake caused a delay of over 1 year in customs because could not identify items in wrong bag. Timexpress took no responsibility to fix problem and then refused to fully fix the problem later when customs finally released shipment. Please avoid this company at all costs. Customer service also horrible. Expect 2-3 week delays in communication via email or WhatsApp.

Complete Nightmare, Stay clear from TIME EXPRESS & INDU warehouse - your business die

Catastrophic service, used on several thousand TIME EXPRESS & INDU warehouse customer orders:
- catastrophic shipping time (more than 10 days)
- error in orders, small team
- and above all a catastrophic reactivity, & they'll invent a lot of false excuses each time to justify their mediocrity : for 2 months, they told us "they had an integration problem with Samir", problem with the customs blablabla
- First they get you with what seem like good rates. Once you are their client, they start hitting you with "Other Fees" that jack up your bill. And then they hold the merchandise (and charge you exorbitant deposits as if the service was amazing and it was a chance to work with them)

If you want to destroy your customer experience & not own your stock anymore & work with amateurs, you are in the right place.
If not, several warehouses on dubai are more serious, like IQ Fullfillement for example
