Clear and easy to deal with
Spoke to Emma Cocker regarding an employment matter, who was lovely. She put you at ease and was easy to speak to. She explained things clearly and set everything out in writing afterwards.
Dawn, who is one of the paralegals, is wonderful! She was the first the person I spoke to at TM and made me feel like I had contacted the right firm and she dealt with and arranged everything quickly. She is a lovely person.

At a time when I was fraught with worry…
At a time when I was fraught with worry and questions (and after many frustrating calls to other companies!) Emma Howlett from Thomas Mansfield returned my call and within 30 minutes had clearly explained my options and calmed me down with her professional expertise. That was followed by one face to face meeting where all the paperwork was dealt with thoroughly and the procedure explained. The invoice has arrived and was less than feared.

First class service
Initially I contacted Thomas Mansfield with a view to getting power of attorney to deal with the affairs of my sister in law who was quite ill. Emma Howlett was extremely helpful in explaining what was required, going into some detail even though at that stage I hadn't appointed Thomas Mansfield to act for me and my husband.
In the event, my sister in law was judged by her care home to be mentally incompetent to approve attorneyship. We then appointed Thomas Mansfield to act for us in approaching the Court of Protection for deputyship, explaining that we were doing so because we'd been so impressed by Emma's approach. Emma was very efficient in handling this application quickly, also providing sympathetic support at a time when we really needed it.

Require a Will
I was coming from another country where I know lots of lawyers/ solicitors therefore I was very apprehensive about meeting a solicitor in London where I did not know any.
However I need not have been fearful.
The solicitor I met with was absolutely
wonderful. Extremely professional , and made me feel very comfortable. I received excellent advice.
