My wife and I recently used Thomas Mansfield to draw up our Wills, taking advantage of the Charity Free Wills Network which enables you to get a simple Will drawn up at no cost. You don't have to leave a gift in your Will to the charity who introduced you to the service although we chose to do so.

Although this must be very small beer to a firm of solicitors, the service provided by Thomas Mansfield was first class. The staff we dealt with (Nicola Crush and Beth Downes) were thoroughly professional, extremely helpful and efficient all the way through the process.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Thomas Mansfield based on our experiences.

Doing “will for free” we had a fantastic response . Nicola was very professional , gave us very good advice and dealt with the necessary forms to make It easy to follow. We did it all on line and completed the process with the able assistance of Beth. What more can you want or need. No hassle and now ( appx 2 weeks later) we have our new wills signed, witnessed and given the ok to store it ( if we wanted to )

I found the company very helpful and easy to deal with and have no complaints as to the sound and practical advice offered. I certainly would have scored five stars but for the fact that after our video link consultation, we waited for weeks and heard nothing. When i contacted, i was informed the person dealing with me had left the practice and nobody had picked up on the fact that i was waiting and waiting for something to happen!
