T&T stewed beef was horrible. Extremely salty to the point I could not eat it. I would NEVER buy this again

Last week, I visited the T&T at Fairview Mall on a very cold night. It was already past 9 p.m. when I arrived. What could have been a stressful night turned into an incredibly heartwarming experience, all thanks to a cashier named Carrie.

After checking out, I suddenly couldn't find the credit card I had just used. As the line behind me grew longer, I became more and more anxious. Carrie remained clam and patient the entire time. She gently reassured me and carefully helped me search through my bag, my shopping bags, and everything I was carrying. Eventually, we found the card, I placed it into my small wallet and felt so relieved.

However, after leaving the store, I accidentally forgot that same small wallet at the corner of the checkout counter -- and didn't even realize it. I had already walked out of the mall and was heading toward the parking lot when Carrie ran after me to return it. That wallet contained many important items, and losing it would have caused serious trouble. I truly felt like had narrowly avoided a disaster.

Carrie's patience, kindness, and sense of responsibility made a huge difference that night. She went above and beyond what was required, and her actions meant more to me than I can express. She is truly an excellent cashier and a wonderful person. Thank you, Carrie, for turning a stressful situation into such a warm and memorable experience.

Horrible experience.

Ordered a scheduled delivery of a group of cooked food items for my dad for his birthday meal in Vancouver. Order was placed several days in advance, with notes of delivery. I even confirmed with the customer service email two days before with delivery instructions (I live abroad). They canceled my entire order less than 12 hours beforehand, citing lack of inventory, and left me scrambling to get another gift.

Nobody answered the customer service hotline when I called.

This will be my first and last time ordering from T&T online.

I went to return a product just two days after buying it, but they refused. They said it was sold at a special price, meaning it was almost expired. The product actually expired only two days after I purchased it.

Their return policy clearly says 28 days, but they still wouldn’t accept the return. Nothing was explained at the time of purchase. The staff had very bad customer service and were extremely rude. One of them even told me not to shop at their store and said I shouldn’t return there.

In the end, I just left the item there because they refused to refund me. Very disappointing experience. Don’t shop there!!

I've been a T&T customer for more than 10 yrs in WEM branch, when I need to ask the staff where to find the item I needed, most of them said "New staff." or gave me the wrong directions. Luckily, I found a staff member who was very willing to help, has a good customer service skills and manners with a smile on his face. Despite him being occupied stocking up items on the shelf. He even looked for me to give me an option for the item/product I needed, even though I'm at the cashier already!!! His name is TOBIN. He is definitely an asset of T&T and kudos to his supervisor. He was trained excellently.

Always send me old stock of food items and don't take responsibility. Don't buy anything from TNT. They don't have any morals and don't care about customer's health.
