What attempted delivery?
Waiting on an item all day, have not left home, front door open.
Look at the status to check where it is and it says an attempted delivery was made and they couldn't leave.
ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!!!
Nobody made an attempted delivery.
Check the GPS of the driver to see that he/she didn't come anywhere near my house.
Never use this company
Never use this company! After ordering a suitcase from Amazon for upcoming travel I have never been quite so mcked around. No updates from TOLL and ther occasasional email gave me THREE different times. Eve ntually I contacted TOLL (after waiting 3 hrs and trying for some time to actally find a contact number-I was informed that my item had been out for felivery but hadn't made the delivery schedule, then had been taken back to the depot (miles aay!!) and had 'inadvertently' not been loaded the next day. I thern recieved from Amazon an email informing me that the customer (me!) had refused delivery of an item that had never been delivered! Thankfully Amazon also informed me I would be getting a refund once TOLL returned it to them, saving me the hassle. What I wanted of course was the suitcase, but TOLL couldn't manage that. Every other delivery I have had from other companies have arrived, even at this busy period. I can but hope that TOLL actually manages to return it meanwhile I'll simply buy a suitcase from a local shop.

When I order IS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED! I ordered a Christmas Tree with items, sound and lights. I received a GREEN TWIG WITH 2 LITTLE RED BOWS. This company completely scammed me. They take their sweet time and shipping, basically running out the 60 days for disputes. DO NOT EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS!
unreliable - for a courier company
what went wrong this time you ask ? shipment costing $1600 to USA was picked up on time but has take 7 days to get to TOLL dispatch . Unreliable , no apology or reimbursement , my parcel will be late for delivery and i will lose money :(

Most unfortunate that Berlei via Amazon uses Toll as courier.
I checked tracking details, my parcel was to be delivered yesterday, I was home all day. The recent update said they could not deliver cause no access to property - the Toll courier driver lied.
The main entrance to my apartment does not have an intercom, main entrance door is not lockable - Aust Post and Amazon has made many deliveries to my apartment without any problems.
Calling Toll is a nightmare. Finally got through and the lady said there would a text sent to me for the pickup location for my parcel. I am still waiting for that text message.
One suggestion to anyone selling on Amazon, try not to use Toll as your courier as you can read by the REVIEWS.

Charged our account $1300 for a parcel that was not ordered by us, had nothing to do with us and they got back straight away. DIGUSTING that we have to fight to get our money back.
Better than NZ Post
So they threw the parcel over the gate rather than opening the gate and putting it down gently but I will let that slide as it arrived so much faster than a parcel sent with NZ post at the same time and ultimately nothing was broken. Toll used to be the slowest but now that NZ Post are so far behind I would take Toll any day. Toll can get an economy parcel delivered faster than the NZ Post 'overnight' service.
Very disappointed and quite frankly…
Very disappointed and quite frankly angry, had my parcels get delivered yesterday (7 of them,very tall large parcels),driver brings up two of them and puts them right infront of the screen door,trapping me inside so before he walks away i say "youve trapped me inside" and he says "ok" then walks away, comes back with anouther two so i said "well can you move these two so i can open my door,im pregnant" he then let out a big sigh and was like "ugh fine" and proceeds to move the boxs,he only moves them the tinyest bit then goes "is that good enough for you". So i replied "if i can get out then yes but i dont think i can" said very nicely and with a bit of a laugh but still truthfull,and before ive even finished my sentence he walks away leaving me and my heavily pregnant belly to squeeze through a tiny gap, got scratched on my way out.i then found out after that he FORGED my signature, even though i was right there and could have signed myself,i will be taking this higher.
The worst courier company in the world…
The worst courier company in the world I would say. Customer care gives false information and never allows us to talk to the team leader, trying to get my parcel, have called 5-6 times daily for the past 4 days but its useless. DO NOT BUY FROM BUSINESSES THAT USES TOLL FOR DELIVERY.
Unbelievably bad customer service
Unbelievably bad customer service, or should I say, no customer service at all. Missed delivery notice, and I cannot get in contact with them to get it - Every other courier company takes the missed delivery to the local PO - not TOLL - No, it goes into some system where to find out where it is takes hours, and after that, I still don't know where it is. AVOID if you like your sanity.

I would never choose to use this courier company. Unfortunately, Amazon have recently started shipping with them and I've had nothing but problems ever since. No up to date tracking, drivers and depots don't scan items, items arriving damaged, call centre is next to useless. Even their freight solutions investigator based in Melbourne failed to follow up on a missing item as promised. Avoid.

Everyday for the past 4 days told it's out for delivery today, still not turn up called customer service and the call center is in the Philippines.. Service officer did not even know what time it is here hopeless worst courier service in Australia I had no choice my supplier REPCO used them I called to complain to REPCO about it they have no idea where my Car parts are I am losing money every day as I need the parts to work and I am an independent courier myself my Advice do not I repeat do not use TOLL :( I would give them a minus score if I could.
Poor customer service/communication
I have never in my life called a company's customer service and they have music blasting in the back so loud that I can't even hear what the person is saying 😂 Had a failed delivery and they said it would be re-delivered the next day so I'm waiting around just to call for an update, then they tell me it isn't on a truck & we'll do it the following day?
Useless
Watched a $200 gift parcel on tracking get stuck in Melbourne, then nothing, went past delivery date, when I chased up with customer service, was told a freight investigator would be in touch, nothing, chased up again to be told I should take it up with sender, when I asked why when it was them who were trying to find it, they then said the investigation team would be in touch, guess what? Still waiting. And now tracking number has been cancelled (6 weeks later). In the meantime they sent a customer satisfaction survey. Losing it is one thing, the woeful help trying to trace it and then giving up (without telling me is another).

Does it get worse than AusPost? Surprisingly it does! Had a package delivered the other day. Surprisingly it made its way very fast from NSW to Vic and I was pleasantly surprised once I received the notification that the order was onboard for delivery. After 5PM I checked the tracking and saw that there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Me, since covid working from home indefinitely, couldn't imagine that the driver was unable to deliver it. I contacted Toll support and got told: === Yes, driver tried to deliver this item today however, the driver could not access the location to deliver as the premises was either behind a gated community, etc and a Sorry We Missed You card could not be left. === We have a letterbox at the front of our fence and the fence is about 130cm high. Behind the entry gate is a door-latch to open the gate. The driver literally never was there, just being too lazy to deliver and then lying about non matching circumstances. Toll then announced that it would take 3 days until it could be re-delivered, which, based on my interventions they then capped to next day delivery. Absolutely pathetic and useless company.
Might as well give up hope of receiving anything
My consignment has been at AKL TLD since Feb. When I call there is no answer. Constant waiting. Even the company i purchsed the item from tried to no avail. Will I ever get my parcel? Absolutely, gobsmackingly bad service.
Toll Holdings LTD total is crap.
Had someone waiting all day. Toll express never came to the property. They never knocked on the door, they never left a ticket. Their parcel tracking system is simplistic to cover up their competence.
Got a notification that the driver was…
Got a notification that the driver was unable to deliver my package even though I was at the location all day, then shipping ref never updated, so I had no idea where my package was, called the service line to get some SMS which redirects you to a useless chat bot, will never use or purchase products from a company that uses Toll!

I recently had a parcel being delivered by TOLL Priority. After receiving notification of the delivery in the morning, I waited all day for the delivery. Around 3.30pm a driver came to my door, asked my name and handed me a parcel which was the right size and weight for what I was expecting. As I was in the middle of something at the time of delivery I put the parcel down and forgot about it until the next morning when I received multiple notifications to pick my parcel up from an inconveniently located collection point. At that point I realised I had been handed someone else's parcel for a completely different address. I was then forced to deliver the parcel in my possession and drive quite a distance to collect my own. I contacted TOLL about the issues and received some appalling emails from a "customer relations analyst" that effectively blamed me for accepting the wrong parcel. Since I had been asked for and provided my name I think the responsibility should be with the delivery service to check the name and address on the parcel match the name and address at the delivery point. Had I received a better response from TOLL about this issue I wouldn't be leaving this review.
Threw clearly-labelled Fragile packages over fence
They threw packages over my fence with no attempt made to ring the doorbell or place it in the parcel box (which would have fit said packages). This has happened THREE TIMES despite the packages being marked in bright orange tape with the word "FRAGILE" across them and the issue being raised with the company.
