Very helpful staffing as always

The staff are always extremely polite and helpful and nothing is ever too much bother.

Quick and great experience with the staff, specifically Tiana who stood out with her great hospitality and customer service. Quick and experienced she helped our clothing journey significantly more quicker than last time and with the payment whilst offering a hand if we needed. The store had a great and polite staff overall with the store too being alot less crowded.

Terrible experience.

I spoke to the Customer Service Manager, who is probably the worst customer service manager I have ever dealt with.
I bought my son’s school jumpers, but they were delivered to the wrong address. Evri sent me a photo of the parcel at the delivery address, and it clearly showed that Total Clothing had put the wrong address on the label.

The new residents at my old address kindly handed the parcel back to the driver. When I called Total Clothing to complain, I was told that they would have to wait for the parcel to be returned to them before they could resend it to me. I then asked for a refund and was told that they could only process it once they had received the parcel back.
So, despite this being entirely their mistake, I am expected to wait around 10 days without the school jumpers my son needs.

As any parent knows it can be stressful buying school uniform but the staff at Total make the process easy. A special mention for Zoe, Babs and Sophie who today were all very helpful. The quality of the products is excellent. They also retain a record of what you have purchased which can come in very handy.

I experienced a horrible service from the staff. They totally ignored me when I ask them something and the manager too shouted at me when I was complaining about it. Bad services

The staff member was extremely helpful and very attentive. Rosie went her way and made sure my son has his uniform in all the right sizes. Greeted us at the front as soon as we walked in and interacted well with my family. Highly appreciate Rosie's service along with time and support.

Ordered pe kits for my twin granddaughters, items arrived within 3 days and are of very good quality.

Cloths always perfect but you used evri and they are the worst delivery company as they always say its been delivered and my parcel normally no where to be found next time I order I will just go into store

Evie was amazing! Super smiley and knew everything I needed without lots of explanation, so helpful she knew the requirements between the lower and middle school uniforms. Meant I was in and out of the store very quickly!

The lady who works for you who has looked after me and my children for many years she has always made us feel welcome and no job was ever too much her manners and sense of humour has made my experience so much more easeir on these scary times for my children going secondary school they enjoyed their experience thankyou so much

Very happy with the quality of the school uniform and the speed at which it arrived.

I really liked the staff there since they were very nice and efficient. We were in and out in 5 minutes and they were very nice. They gave great advice in the sizing and helped us find the perfect sized clothes that will last for a few years. All in all, I had a great time and I would definitely go again!
