Tovala meals are affordable and convenient in where there's limited clean up and ease of access to meals. The meals are also tasty and there's a wide variety of options to choose from.

I love the oven, no twisting knobs and trying to get times and temperatures right, just scan the QR code and hit start!
And the meats are all high quality, fresh and tender. I didn't realize the difference in the quality of meat- chicken, pork, fish until I started getting Tovala, i thought that quality was only for high-end restaurants. And NO CLEANUP! I did try other food services, so glad I found Tovala.

I have been using Tovala for three years and love it. We actually have two ovens because we like to use different meals just like when you’re at a restaurant most of the time family members don’t eat the same thing like we do at home when cooking a meal.

We have gone through so many meal delivery services and this is the only one that sticks. It is easy, affordable, convenient and delicious.

The last order I received was for a week I forgot to skip. I received 12 meals. 6 were gnocchi and 6 were chicken sandwiches. For the number of meals I received; a sample of all the meals for the week would have been better. I complained. No response was ever received from Tovala.

We LOVE our Tovala. Healthy meals for our family, perfectly cooked. It’s an incredible service for young families who want to eat healthy but can’t find the time to cook.

The meals are of excellant quality and cooked perfectly in their oven, after scanning the code. I believe they are nutritious and great tasting !

Love the meals. The oven and meals make my lunch time so great no more guessing about what is for lunch. I know it will be cooked to perfection and taste great! Whenever I tell my coworkers what I’m having for lunch they always think it is something fancy! I am very happy with the oven and meals!

There was a hiccup with my delivery and I contacted customer service. Evan, from Tovala customer support responded. I am so impressed with Tovala for two reasons:

(1) The Tovala product is AMAZING (EXCELLENT QUALITY AND FLAVOR), and,

(2) The customer feedback and support provided is AMAZING (no scripted response, actually took the time to read and understand my entire issue and details and responded to each of my comments - this is unheard of with most companies). The level of understanding, the response detail and concern is ABSOLUTELY WORLDCLASS AND JUST ADDS TO THE EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL AND QUALITY OF TOVALA PRODUCTS AND STAFF.

Tovala provides outstanding customer service by email as well as by phone. They have a large number of hours to choose from in all their support channels.
I got my oven this week and when I had a problem with the delivery, they followed up with the carrier to make sure they would deliver my oven correctly.
When I got the oven and I wasn’t sure about set up, I was able to call and get a very patient, pleasant human to assist me.
I have enjoyed scanning all kinds of convenience foods, and having them cook perfectly. I never realized how much food I was ruining in the microwave until I got perfectly cooked food in the Tovala oven.
I’ve also found a lot of helpful DIY recipes beyond their prepared meals.
UPDATE: the meals are both practical and amazing a little less expensive than takeout food and taste a lot better than anything I would make for myself. I appreciate that there is a lot of detail in the app, including nutritional information. I would normally have to squint and read off of a label.Love Tovala!

I have heard of many food services w undependable deliveries, late or not at all. I always get my delivery. I feel tovala is a great option for seniors, I love it

The variety and use of whole foods in the meals make me feel as though I've done my own shopping. Tovala is transparent in what is in the meal so you can easily choose foods for your taste and needs (high protein, Mediterranean, Southern style, seasonal, low calorie). They are not "blah" to the taste.

There is a wide variety of meals to choose from each week, and they are always fresh and delicious. It's super easy to use. I only ever had one problem with the meals not coming on time, but customer service resolved the problem immediately, no questions asked. Having Tovala has made my life so much easier. I strongly recommend it to anyone.

Tovala takes the stress out of meals. It is easy, quick and high quality. The orders are correct and on time- most of the time.

as a whole, the concept is great, saves time and a little money for meals. the choices are decent and the food is really good. the delivery service is absolutely horrendous, im not even sure how many weeks ive gotten deliveries, but ONCE and only ONCE were the instructions followed, every other time they were left elsewhere and most of the time, the box was destroyed by rain

I have tried several meal delivery programs and this is by far my favorite for freshness, quality, and portion size. Deliveries day and time is very consistent. The only thing I would comment on is they don't have the international diversity of plates like a few of the other companies, but it is still (about 4 months ordering) the best I have had.
